Keep in mind I've probably never left a review on anything, and I'm a very easy going guy…read more This location is the worst experience I have EVER had maybe at a store period. I was getting a PS5 Pro used, and I was at another GameStop location (2 locations actually, both of those locations were fine people. As a matter of fact Elisa specifically deserves a raise or something because she helped me get through this 4 hour process). That being said, I had to go to this 168th location because that's where the "PS5 Pro used" was in stock. So I go in, and tell them I'm here to get a PS5 pro used, and that I was told by other locations you have them in stock. He starts by telling me they don't have any used PS5 pros used. I knew this wasn't true and he was being completely lazy, so I was very polite and kept poking him politely to go look. Sure enough, they had it! Shocker Then he proceeds to tell me that in order to buy it, you HAVE TO buy 3 accessories (this isn't true, I got it confirmed by multiple locations). Thankfully I already just so happened to buy 3 accessories at the other location 30 minutes prior. So I bring that in to prove I bought 3 accessories (mind you, which I also got confirmed, this isn't actually required to buy a used console, let alone by far the most expensive one you can get). They proceed to tell me, we are going to have to return these 3 accessories, and repurchase them, it's the only way. At this point I know they're trying to scam the other store of a sale, but I just shut my mouth and let them do it. I'm basically salivating at the thought of purchasing this and leaving. So his coworker (basically dumb and dumber) walks in as I'm ready to purchase and leave. They proceed to inform me that you HAVE TO buy a one year warranty (this also isn't true at all, got it confirmed by other locations). At this point, God as my witness, they are both arguing with me while I'm politely asking very simple questions. I knew they overcharged me $90 but I said screw it, bought everything, left, and immediately went back to my original GameStop off 180th to get the problem from these 2 guys resolved. So the original GameStop on 180th gave me my $90 back, apologized immensely and we went our separate ways.... Is what we thought LOL. The two knuckle heads at this 168th location, they sold me a PS5 pro with a completely cracked case and a disgusting controller. The controller I could totally deal with, but not the case. So I went back to my home GameStop on 180th, and explained everything. They were so embarrassed for this absolutely HORRIBLE location, they called up the big dog's and explained all of this. The guys working here off 168th didn't even check to see if the console was in good shape. Long story short, I get it returned, and the 180th location sends me to the GameStop at Westroads. Then I finally after 4 hours and 6 or 7 GameStop trips (not exaggerating), getting scammed by this location, I finally got what I wanted. Every GameStop location that I have been to has said horrible things about this specific location. I now know why. The 2 gentleman that work there are scam artists, and probably should not be working there.

I was at another location looking for a specific game, they didn't have it so they called this…read morestore and they claimed to have 2 in stock. So I drove 30min to this location and when I got there the employee that said they had it, told me they didn't after all. So I wasted my time and gas due to a lazy employee that didn't actually look for the game before claiming they had it! If anyone is looking for a game don't trust their computer inventory have them physically look to be sure, since obviously they don't keep up with it!
