Excellent overall experience, quality work, fair price and best-in-class service…read more When the front door to my '96 LR Defender 110 broke Kevin at D&R Autobody was more than willing to take a look and discuss options. Not in a position to buy a new door and short on time to get the issue resolved. Kevin worked with my schedule and budget to expertly weld the broken piece returning the door to a 'like new' condition and did it all in a single afternoon. Autobody work is rarely an elected expense. Typically autobody work is needed after an accident or when things fall into disrepair. In those moments you're going to want someone like Kevin that puts the customer experience first, is transparent, communicative, fair and knowledgeable.

When I got my car back, I was genuinely impressed--it looked brand new. Not only were the repairs done flawlessly, but the team clearly went above and beyond, making sure the entire car was spotless inside and out. That level of attention to detail really sets this place apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and results.

I had extensive…read moredamage to the passenger side of my car (dented fender, scratches, rust spots), and Collision North gave me an estimate that was several thousand dollars less expensive than any other body shop that I visited. They got all of the rust and dents out and did a meticulous scan of the car to check for mechanical issues. My passenger side looks better than new--fresh paint that matches the rest of the car, and very shiny! They also vacuumed and cleaned the whole inside of the car, which was extremely nice! They also helped us coordinate payment and offer several different payment methods. I would recommend Collision North without question for any project large or small. They're amazing!

I took the car to Mike's Auto Body, since they were good to me when I went to them 10 years ago. Mike was very personable then. I dread going through the process of getting quotes etc. knowing that the price and time would be an inconvenience to my busy work schedule. I drove my car in, hoping they'd give me a quick estimate at best and an appointment for (an estimate) another time at worst. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else. The price, though excellent, was secondary to the professionalism and respect the staff show me.

Someone did small but important damage to my Ford Fusion. It was important because it would prevent the car from passing inspection due to a damaged headlight and fog light. The surrounding sheet metal and bumper had some minor damage, too. It would be impossible to see any sign of the damage or repair. There are other good body shops in the area but Body Works is the best, based on my two experiences.
