Oh, this place is great. Their office staff is very knowledgeable and communicates very well. They detailed everything that was going to happen and actually got the work done earlier than expected, especially given that I brought my car in during the holidays. Their work is very good and I was not able to find any issues with the repairs and paint. Also, they work directly with Enterprise of Lowell who leave your rental car at the shop and also pick it up from there too, making it very easy to do business with both. Highly recommend Alan's Autobody and Enterprise of Lowell. read more

Fantastic customer service from initial contact to post-repair contact. Alan's did a great job repairing my accident damage but also coordinated with my insurance company and rental car agent. Could not ask for a more professional experience. Great people and expert body work. 5 stars read more

They are quick and efficient, very accommodating and extremely personable! Even though they are busy the communication about prices, collision, and time frame was very clear. If you have any collision problems you should definitely go to them. I'm pretty sure they vacuumed inside of my car as well, just because. read more

Was sent to Alan's to get an estimate by my insurance company to repair damage to the right front bumper. Mark took a look at my car and thought he could help me out. Touched up a couple of spots then buffed it out. He went above and beyond, when he could of just did the estimate and scheduled the appointment. With what he did I was able save some money by allowing me to cancel the claim. I walked away a very satisfied customer. read more

Alan's Auto is my new go to for any autobody repair and I highly recommend them to anyone that lives nearby the Dracut area. I had a rear end collision on my truck a couple months ago and they were able to make my truck look better than it was pre accident. Mark and Liz were really helpful and professional. They used quality parts for the repairs and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting everything fixed that was damaged. They take photos of all there work and even showed me the pictures of my truck in pieces in there shop. When getting into my truck when it was ready. I found it completely vacummed inside and it didnt even smell like it was in a body shop. No lingering paint smell for 2-3 days. Thanks Alan's! read more

Alan's is my go to shop. Alan and his staff are very professional friendly and attentive to the customer. I was in an accident with my Tacoma and thought it was gone but Alan's did a fantastic job even with supply and shipping problems that's affecting us all. They handled the insurance company. But the best part is my truck looks and runs like new. Thank you Alan and your Great staff. read more

I've used Alan's several times over the last nine years: three times in relation to auto accidents and twice related to minor dings and dents that we wanted to get repaired. Alan himself is super-friendly, and is always willing to discuss options in clear terms - I never feel like I don't understand what he's talking about or that he's trying to "mechanic speak" me. I also have never felt like he's trying to jack the price up, and he's always willing to discuss ways to make repairs while keeping costs in check. He's worked directly with my insurance company so that I didn't have to worry about that side of things at all, and was also able to coordinate a rental car (my insurance has rental coverage) that was available at his location when I dropped my car off - super convenient and helpful. The work he's done is great - our cars have come out without a hint of whatever damage they went in for. All in all, I've been extremely satisfied with Alan's work, customer service, and communication, and I'd recommend him highly to anyone in the area. read more

The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs and questions. I brought my car in for cosmetic detailing due to 2 collisions and it was fixed in a little over a week. They went above and beyond of what I expected the final outcome to be. My exterior dents, scratches AND extra interior (alignments and struts) were all fixed on location... My car looks brand new!! Al and his team are outstanding! I would definitely go to him in the future! :-) read more

Awesome service!!! First I had never had an accident so did not understand the process and when I was backed into by someone else made it more complicated. They took time to explain what I had to do. Once I had my appraisal they were upfront with timelines. They were supper busy and let me know it would be a couple weeks. But once in the replacement would be quick. They backed that up my truck went in on a Monday and was ready Tuesday. Then the kicker!! I have two dogs and to say my truck was not the cleanest at the time. They vacuumed and washed my truck even detailed the rims. They even matched the paint to a couple dings I had on the opposite part of my truck. My truck is two years old It looks brand new!! Thank you!! Great job Great People!! read more

I went to Alan's because it was a preferred shop for Commerce Insurance and was highly recommended by my friends and family. I could not have chosen better! If you need some more done on your car, go see Alan! read more

I recently had to use Alan's to repair my fender that I damaged in a parking garage. Since the accident was all me, I elected not to file a claim with my insurance company, it wasn't worth the surcharge. I was referred to Alan's by my local mechanic. I have to say that Alan's exceeded my expectation in all areas, price, service, and professionalism. The price was more than competitive. My son in law is in the auto industry and none of his contacts could beat Alan's price. The service was great. I dropped the car off on Sunday night with the original time to repair of 4 days. The area got hit with a major snowstorm (24") that set most of the region back due to power outages, fallen tree, closed businesses and the like. I had every expectation that it would take them more than the original 4 days to finish the work. They made the original date anyways!!! They were professional and organized. Lastly the cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. It looked like it had been detailed. I couldn't ask for more. I will absolutely recommend Alan's to anyone. Thank's Alan's Autobody. read more

Alan's Auto & Collision is in one word FANTASTIC. Customer service is outstanding. Alan is personable and knows his stuff. Donna is friendly and very knowledgeable about everything there. The work done to my Volvo was impeccable - inside and out. The interior looked as though I had paid to have it detailed. The body work is awesome and you cannot tell anything was repaired - all looks new. Refreshing to have such quality work and outstanding customer service these days anywhere. If I could I would have rated them 10 stars! Many thanks for making the process easy and the end result perfection!! read more

I also have used Alan a couple of times over the last few years and he does excellent work on time and on price. He made it very easy to work with the insurance company and when I asked about something that might not have been included in the work required after an accident, he didn't think twice and just had it done without additional charge. I agree with one of the other reviewers that Alan himself is extremely friendly and easy to understand when he describes what work needs to be done. I did have some work done by another shop that was recommended by the insurance company a few years back and there's no comparison. I had two or three issues with them and nothing but a good experience with Alan. read more
