I had one of the worst experiences at this establishment. The bar was half empty, yet the service…read morewas incredibly slow. We ordered a hookah, and after waiting over 40 minutes--well after finishing our food and drinks--we told them we no longer wanted it. Instead of understanding the situation, the staff insisted we still had to pay for it. When we refused to pay for something we never received in a reasonable time, they refused to provide a refund or even acknowledge their poor service. It escalated to the point where we had to call the police just to dispute the charge. Their policy of "no refunds on hookah" seems like an excuse to take advantage of customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a professional atmosphere. There are plenty of other spots that value their customers--this is not one of them.

I was excited this time because the service was outstanding, the meal came out promptly, and everything but the green beans tasted perfect. I asked the server if she could have them put seasoning on them and cook them longer. They literally tasted like they came straight from the vine. The second batch tasted the same. I brought it to the servers attention and said "don't worry I am taking them back again". I said "Just have the manager give you the difference, since I already paid for my meal which included the green beans." The manager tried to pull one over on me and said I was never charged for the green beans. I reminded her they were part of the sides included in the meal. She then backtracked and said she couldn't take them off. So I asked her to take off something else that was on my ticket that wasn't included in my meal, and give it to my server because she was outstanding. I hope Ashley my server received my generous tip and the price I paid for the added side. Shame on you manager for lying to me and saying I never was charged when you knew I was.

Large bar area inside and out. A plethora of TV's to watch from, and some booths even have their own TV. There is a very large seating area with an outdoor bar with lots of TVs too. Great view of the lake. The food was ok. The chips with the sampler were large although didn't have a good crisp too them. The calamari was slightly tough and the breading was a little heavy (too thick). The spicy sauce with the seafood (shrimp boil) wasn't spicy at all. The kids cheeseburger was a small slider. The steak was well cooked (medium rare request and it came out accordingly). We found the seafood flavors ok, not great. The service was not attentive enough. Needed to ask for utensils, appetizers came out same time as food. We were a large party of 9 however the food came out as it was ready so that would make more sense if it all came out. Lots of parking available although it does get busy so anticipate a walk. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

This company installs "touchless" boat covers, rolling canopy covers, boat lifts, Titan solar…read morescreens, Encore performance decking solutions, Spider, Mosquito, Insect systems, and Boat/Boat house detailing. While I could not find a specific category that lists "boat covers and boat lifts," hopefully those who are searching for a business that installs and repairs boat covers, plus any other categories listed above will find their way to this review. A bit of background information. We live on Lake Conroe, and hired A DIFFERENT boat lift/boat cover company to install our lift and cover in May 2013. Two months later, a storm passed through our area and bent the rolling boat cover (the frame and cover) on one side to the point that it almost hit the top of our boat. The company came out and charged us $1,100 just to repair the bent frame and to re-install the original boat cover. At that point, we had paid the company over $8,000. Fast forward two years later, and the boat cover was badly mildewed top and bottom. In addition, another storm came through and bent the frame and cover AGAIN. I called the original boat lift/boat cover installer and was told the company has a new owner. I asked for someone to come out and give me a quote to repair the frame and replace the cover. Long story short, several phone calls later, several emails later, several no-shows and excuses for not showing up to give me a quote, and someone FINALLY SHOWED UP. After all of that effort on my part to give the ORIGINAL boat lift/boat cover company (Company Initials: TBLC) my business, the promised quote was never sent to me via email as was stated. In addition, I contacted three OTHER boat lift/boat cover companies, and they either did not return my call or they did not show up as stated to give me a quote. By chance, I located Premier Boat Dock & Patio on the internet, and I decided to give them a call. Jimmy, the owner answered immediately and told me he was working in my area and would come by to give me a quote. As promised, he showed up and gave me the quote on the spot. While I was very interested in the "touchless" boat cover system that he installs, I opted to have him just replace the existing boat cover with a new one and repair the bent frame. I paid 50% deposit to him via Chase QuickPay online, and when the cover arrived, Jimmy called me and said the men could come out the next day and install it. From the time I contacted him until the time the job was finished, just two weeks had passed by! While the men were here today, I mentioned that my lift belt was not in very good condition. It just so happened they had a new belt with them and they installed it for a very reasonable fee. At the company website, it states "We treat you like family." Indeed, that was my positive experience with Premier Boat Dock & Patio....such a breath of fresh air considering I couldn't get quotes out of any other companies I contacted...much less get the job done! Apparently the other companies don't need my business/money. I highly recommend Premier Boat Dock & Patio. I am a very satisfied customer.
