We raised this issue last winter and again this year, and each time our concerns were dismissed, with blame placed on us despite the system being turned on well in advance of freezing conditions. We are now being told that their 10-year "warranty" only covers the cable itself, not evaluating whether the system is functioning properly or was correctly designed. In other words, if the system fails to do its basic job, we still have to pay them just to tell us why. What is the point of a warranty if the company refuses to stand behind system performance or take responsibility for obvious design failures? Between the unsafe conditions, refusal to investigate without charging high fees, and repeated deflection, this experience has been extremely disappointing. We would not recommend this company. It's clear that once they receive their nearly $5,000 payment, customer support ends.

Jose contacted us to advise he would be arriving in 30 minutes. Once he arrived he reviewed what we needed done; install 3 ceiling fans and reinstall a laundry closet light fixture. All 3 rooms where the fans were to be installed did not have any overhead lights. This meant braces, electrical boxes, conduit and assembling the fans. Two of the rooms were on the 2nd level and the third on the first. The upper rooms didn't seem to cause a big problem. We have an accessible attic and Jose was thorough and had those two fans put together and installed in a very reasonable amount of time. The 1st floor was another issue. Jose had to drill the hole in the ceiling and fish a line through the ceiling to an electrical switch below on the wall. He did everything he could to create minimal damage to the wall. He made the cut so that the drywall could be placed back in the hole. Nice job! The only issue, if you plan on hiring All Suburban Electric, is that no tarps or floor coverings were used, and there were no shoe coverings used. We had insulation, bits of wood, drywall and other debris on our carpeting. Which of course was tracked through the rest of the house. Cleanup is not their strong suit.
