We arranged a day/time that worked for our schedules and she later followed up with a text reminder the day before my appointment. When I arrived, the place was dimly lit, which I kinda appreciated. She was already in with a client, so I slid the card hanging on the service room door under the door as advised and sat down. My appointment was at 12:30pm and she was a little late getting to me, but the person before me hadn't been in 6 months so my impatience quickly turned to compassion because GOOD LORD. 6 months?!! Anyway, Geni was fast, friendly, warm and very inviting. She got through my wax in less than 30 minutes and I was a little past overdue. From what I have seen, the other ladies are not bad - I even got my eyebrows threaded by one of them once and it turned out well enough. But Vaishali is somehow able to thread eyebrows beautifully with only a fraction of the typical pain of threading. As if that wasn't enough, she is also extremely friendly and personable and always greets her clients with professionalism and warmth. She keeps her work station clean and she is efficient and precise. I greatly value my time, so the fact that I drive to a Walmart in Ocoee to wait in a line to get my eyebrows done is a huge endorsement!
