With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor. I was convinced that they were ignoring my calls. Respectfully this business has caused me way more amounts of stress and money than to be fixing any of my past issues with that car.

I bought my F150 from Good Motives on the same day I spotted it online. The deal was too good to be true at first, but Jason made it happen. He prepared all the paperwork while I was making my way up to pick it up. Quick test drive and a few quick signatures later, keys were in hand and I was driving off into the sunset in the new truck. MISREPRESENTATION AND UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES…read more Purchased vehicle on 12/12/25. At the time of the sale, Dream Work did not disclose serious KNOWN mechanical issues involving the transfer case and related drivetrain components. They installed a used transfer case prior to sale and took the vehicle to Land Rover Charlotte because only a certified dealership could program the transfer case. Land Rover discussed with Dream Work that after adding transfer case fluid and attempting programming, a flagged error code remained, indicating that unresolved defects existed before they sold the vehicle to us. Dream Work WILL claim Land Rover test drove the vehicle and it was fine. However, that omits the fact that Land Rover documented that the error code remained after service and programming attempts. Dream Work asked them to clear the code and was provided a copy of the document outlining the issue( I have their original invoice from 11/21/25... three weeks before we purchased the vehicle). Dream Work negated to tell us this issue so that we could make an informed decision about the purchase. It is understood that vehicles may temporarily drive normally after fluid is added.The issue became apparent after the fluid emptied, exposing the underlying defect, which was a major safety concern. We spent over $3000 to add fluid to the transfer case and replace rear rotors that were at 1 centimeter. We're not mechanics and trusted their judgement. The transfer case will fail, costing upwards of $10,000. CARFAX REPORT-TRASH IT! Dealerships are not required to report repairs. Dream Work is quick to give each customer a Carfax report; even making them available online, with the knowledge that reporting repairs or the lack there of, does not have to be on the report. IT'S COMPLETE DECEPTION GUYS! I met with a manager(I will protect his name..for now), in person on 4/24/26 about the issue. On 4/25/26,I emailed him a PDF file outlining our concerns and requested a resolution. He emailed me back on 4/25/26 denying any wrongdoing and denied liability. Many of your complaints end here. Mine will not. I will be made whole again.
