I should have researched further to see that they have had several complaints filed with the BBB and they do not belong to the BBB(by choice, probably because they are not a "Better Business"). They left the requested opened and some of them were closed without even being addressed. We continued to be exceptional tenants and just take care of numerous items on our own. They completed the work and we submitted what we needed to the county for our permit but the county requested more detail as the detail was missing for our pool area. We have now been contacting this company daily to get a confirmation on when they can make the requested update and have been unable to get a response. So now we have already paid them and are at their mercy to have a minimum expectation of customer service. It may take a while and they may deliver on one service but don't expect to be treated as an appreciated customer. You must hope they did everything right the first time because once they are done, there's no full accountability to their customers if clarifications or updates are needed.

It is unclear what relationship this individual had to Scott Graves; however, what was clear is that this individual had no professional involvement regarding the home being sold. This event demonstrates a tremendous lack of professionalism on the part of Scott Graves. Now, if this is the type of realtor you are interested in retaining, by all means, use Scott Graves.
