Ryan helped me find and buy an amazing house, sight unseen, from across the country (my first…read morehouse!). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and appropriately skeptical as we were picking houses to bid on. He knew how to structure offers that were reasonable but strong, given our situation. He guided us through negotiations around inspections and shoring up loose legal ends, and he even helped us with a raw land opportunity that popped up halfway through our purchase. I'd absolutely work with Ryan again, but it went so well I have no reason to for quite some time.

When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

Masha's commitment doesn't stop when you've closed on your house, though - she's still there, whether it's to help with finding appliance manuals, commiserating over best-laid-plans, or to find that one email with a critical piece of information that you can't find. I've known Justin by working with him through my business for the past 8 years, which has put me in direct contact with hundreds of Realtors throughout the years. My husband and I met with him in April 2025 to talk about listing and officially hired him to sell our house that June. Even in a tough market with plenty of competition in our own development, he gave us the honest, data-driven advice we needed to set a realistic price. His marketing was excellent and showcased the house perfectly without being overdone--which is something I appreciate. It got people out to see the property, even in our rural area. We were honestly prepared for the long haul, but his strategy worked and we had a full price offer in under a week. Justin's sense for the market is incredible and he is easily one of the best in the business. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him or bring any of his Premier Agents Network team's expertise in to help guide your next move.

She is terrific to work with: she is very kind and personable, she really knows what is going on the community, she has a strong sense of home values and negotiation tactics, and she is generous with her time and knowledge of what can otherwise be an overwhelming process. She truly went above and beyond to help introduce my wife and I to the local market (even starting to show us homes several months before we were ready to buy, because my wife was going to have a baby right about the time we would be ready to purchase). That was really critical so we felt like we had seen everything on the market, and had a stronger sense of relative home values, so that when we finally saw "our" house, we recognized it and felt confident making an offer without all the second-guessing. After the purchase, she stayed with us step-by-step. The value from her relationships with top quality inspectors, technicians, and contractors was only surpassed by her sage counsel in navigating through tricky negotiations with the seller and complex post-purchase renovations. We interviewed several of the "top rated" realtors in the Chapel Hill area, and Michele was by far and away the standout. As first-time homebuyers with a little knowledge and a whole lot of anxiety, she truly helped make the process fairly easy. We now have a home that we love, one that is perfect for our children to grow up in. To me, that is the greatest gift of all.

The prospect of building a new home without being physically present during its construction made us a bit nervous, so we picked our realtor very carefully. We wanted our realtor to vigorously represent our interests while we were out of state as if he were buying the house himself. We could not be more pleased with our choice! It was obvious that Steve had a lot of experience. His depth of knowledge was very impressive and eased our concerns regarding new construction. Steve's attention to detail was second to none. More than once, we were able to avert a serious problem because Steve noticed it early on while it was easier to address it with the builder and have it fixed. It was during these times that we were grateful to have a realtor that not only had an eye for detail but also the experience to know what to look for. Steve was also invaluable in our dealings with the builder; he has great communication skills and always gave us great advice each time an issue arose during the build process. I highly recommend Steve Doyle to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the area. I'm just sad that I can't hire him to sell my house in Arizona. We worked so well together that it felt like I knew him much longer than I did. He was always quick to return my calls and seemed to legitimately care about getting his clients the best outcome possible. Thanks Steve!

The only quality that will guarantee that you will find your dream house with your agents help is their ability to LISTEN. That's the first big step in finding a house right? Finding it... Larry listens and tailors the home search on what YOU want. He combines your criteria with his knowledge of the area to help you find that house. Now that you have found an agent that actually listens, it's important for you to know that Larry is also an excellent communicator. He is responsive to emails, explains real estate on normal human terms and he includes you on all communication - you're never left in the dark. Having an effective communicator in your corner makes the process a lot less stressful. When it came time to put an offer on our house, Larry was right there with comps and spreadsheets and worked with us to put in a fair offer based on numbers. I am sorry to have to write this review for Tony Hall and Associates, but I feel it's important that perspective clients be made aware of a situation that occurred but a few hours ago. I was ready to make an offer on a property being represented by Jaye Kreller, one of Tony Hall's realtors. My realtor from Caldwell Banker, was helping me to purchase a property with the sole intention of renting it out as an investment property. After looking at a few locations, I found one I was very interested in, and it was represented by Tony Hall and Associates. It all came down to whether or not I would be able to legally rent the property as per occupancy rates and rules set forth by the HOA. We told Ms Kreller that I was ready to make a very serious offer, but that I first needed to be assured that it could be rented. This was late Thursday. Ms Kreller made no attempt to find out, something, quite honestly, she should have already known from the day she signed this seller on to be her client. When it became apparent that Ms Kreller had no intentions of finding out what I needed to know, my realtor attempted to contact neighborhood's HOA directly for herself. Unfortunately, she was told they were already closed until Monday morning. This was late Friday. Without giving much thought as to her client's best intentions, and knowing someone else was already interested, Jaye Kreller never bothered to inform the seller that there was another seriously interested buyer. I viewed the property again on Saturday, and we once again told Jaye Kreller that we were going to make a full price offer as soon as we knew that the property could be rented out. Late Sunday afternoon, I received the news that the seller accepted an offer from another buyer, we never got the opportunity to make any offer. Why should all this matter? Because it is obvious that this realtor didn't have her client's best interest at heart. Whether we got into a bidding scenario with another potential buyer and the selling price increased a few thousand dollars more or not, it's obviously she couldn't care. But if it was your property being sold, that extra money would be pretty darn important. I find it hard to believe the seller wouldn't have waited an extra 18 hours and come Monday morning, find out if there were two prospective buyers (much preferred), or only one. What would you rather have? So today (Monday), I very calmly contacted Tony Hall himself to let him know of the situation. My initial thought was not to blame him, especially since how could he be aware of all the actions of his employees, except that when I explained what transpired, it quickly fell on deaf ears. He obviously doesn't care. Is this who you really want representing the sale of possibly your biggest asset? I'd think twice.
