Since buying a home, I've had many friends and co-workers tell me that their real estate agent is "the best." Well, unless their realtor is Justin Burleson, they're wrong. My husband and I found Justin through his website and reviews online when we were looking to buy our first house in Durham in late 2018. We reached out to set up an introductory call, and with an hour we were on the phone with him. It was clear he was super knowledgeable about the market and had a lot of experience working with first-time buyers. After getting off the phone, we were sold. Justin immediately set up a group text with us, him and his assistant, which was such an easy way to communicate throughout the five months we were looking for a home. I don't know when he sleeps - he always got back to us immediately. During these months we probably saw 15-20 homes with Justin, and when a new home popped up that we wanted to see, he made sure we got in as soon as our schedule allowed - we were often the first people to see a just-listed property.
