His wife Kelley did a spectacular job with staging our home beautifully as well - her taste is impeccable. Phillip has a fantastic balance of a no-nonsense attitude combined with a lot of compassion and kindness, which helped us trust that he was 100% on our side throughout the whole process. He kept us informed every step of the way while tactfully limiting our engagement in some of the more frustrating negotiation process, which helped us stay as calm as possible (while keeping the selling process moving as smoothly as possible too.) In the end, I know we got top dollar for our home and minimized the expenses associated with selling as well. I will 100% use Phillip again for any real estate needs in the future and will be recommending his services to all my friends and family as well. Besides just being a great realtor, he's a wonderful human being as well! Thank you Phillip (and Kelley) for your support through this process!

They took two weeks to process our application and after paying the $75 and getting a hit on our credit they took ANOTHER application which the owner accepted. From how this all went down I firmly believe they pushed through an application with a whiter name. Now we have a hit on credit and will start a search again. Also CJ Tabor didn't even have enough respect to call us to tell us we did not get the house. She texted.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and advocacy we received from our agents. They were generally seller-friendly on the pre-sale side, did not advocate for a smooth transition (getting us the proper information needed to transfer a custom home) and lacked the immediacy we needed to address unfinished or undisclosed items from the seller. Throughout the process, pre and post sale, it was "buyer beware" and "we don't do that in North Carolina" attitude on all of our very basic requests. The entire transaction was very much transactional, and lacked personal support and advocacy needed to make a smooth buying/relocation process. We would not recommend A Cole Realty for any home buying experience in Raleigh.
