Looked to re-survey an acre lot and split out a portion of it for a new home build. $3,500 is too much for that.

They did what I needed in a timely fashion. They were nice, professional, reasonably-priced and responded quickly to the messages I sent.

Had them out for a survey. Paid. Got it. They were expensive than others but we went with it as it…read morewas our realtor's recommendation. A mistake as they offered nothing additional for their 50% higher price above others for the same scope of work. Called them back multiple times and sent numerous emails afterwards for a follow up question and could not get a human on the phone and never received any sort of reply via email. I strongly urge you to stay away from these guys as customer service isn't their strong suit.

The Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill real estate scene is booming. There are certain things you should…read moredo to ensure your purchase is a solid one... & one of them is a survey. Sounds simple. Well, not really. Most companies around here fill up months worth of their calendar at a time. I would suggest reaching out for a survey lead time even before you set your due diligence date- then add a week in case of inclimate weather. I didn't do this... I got excited & figured 3 weeks was plenty lead time for due diligence. HA! Well not here, pal. I'm so thankful & lucky to have been referred to Boundary Zone. Chris & Kellum were awesome. They really saved me & I suggest you get on their calendars ASAP. The survey is so beautiful that I think I'll frame it haha. No seriously, I learned so much about my land & am feeling confident about closing! Chris was SO responsive I can't express how refreshing it was. Price was competitive & payment was easy. Turnaround time was very impressive. I wish I could have given them less of a time crunch situation but am thankful for their efforts. It will not be forgotten!
