Our family is working with a general contractor, and has been attempting to work with Scalice for now going on almost 3 months. They must be very busy. Good for them - anyone can work with expectations once they are set. We were quoted 6-8 weeks before someone could come out for the survey. We waited. They completed the work and we submitted what we needed to the county for our permit but the county requested more detail as the detail was missing for our pool area. We have now been contacting this company daily to get a confirmation on when they can make the requested update and have been unable to get a response. So now we have already paid them and are at their mercy to have a minimum expectation of customer service. It may take a while and they may deliver on one service but don't expect to be treated as an appreciated customer. You must hope they did everything right the first time because once they are done, there's no full accountability to their customers if clarifications or updates are needed.

This was for a fence that is schedule to be put up in a few days from now (they've had 4 weeks). They assured me they would have it done in a week or two. Every time I email they are very nice and say "I'll finish it today or tomorrow". Yet I never receive the map and they do not mark my land. Now I have to cancel my fence installation. I wish I had gone with other companies who initially said it would take 4-5 weeks - at least then I would have known in advance I would need to push back the fence installation date. This company lied to me to get my business and continued to lie by saying "I'll have that to you today" and then not following through. The only evidence that they have done anything is that on their visit they ruined a bunch of plants on my yard. That was not appreciated and not expected.
