He would throw tantrums and get mad if nothing went his way, I understand stuff happens but your a grown man doing all of this for what? The installers complain about not getting paid enough, management is decent, work place culture is a 1/10 not the best place to learn anything honestly, the hardest part of the job isn't anything. I really wanted to learn and I felt so unvalued by others no matter how much I really did try to learn. The most enjoyable part of the job was going home.
