My American Standard AC, installed in 2015, stopped working for cooling two weeks ago. I first contacted a local HVAC repair company, which had 5-star reviews across Google. Their guy did appear quickly, but for some reason my AC was back running, so he didnt really do anything. Anyway I paid the visit fee, while he tried to get me signed up annual maintenance plan for my two AC units; but what really made me feel not right is the moment he recommend replacing this AC unit. Two days ago the temperature was in high 80+, the AC stopped working again. So I googled again, and found Duo Dragon. Tyler, the owner of this company, is totally professional and amazing. He arrived quickly and was able to diagnose the root of cause and made the fix quickly. His knowledge, as well as his patience to explain and share detail, is totally awesome and helpful. His charge is fairly reasonable, compared with other vendors. I highly recommend him if anyone need a professional licensed HVAC expert. read more

My home had an early 90s HVAC system that finally gave up the ghost; Tyler Nguyen of Duo Dragon responded the same day I listed my project. He inspected the old system and recommended complete replacement of the old system. He explained what was needed explicitly stating that the old system would be quite more expensive due to the availability of the replacement parts needed. His crew showed on time and went right to work. The cost quoted was extraordinarily reasonable especially considering my neighbor had a similar replacement at several thousand dollars more. I THROUGHLY RECOMMEND DUO DRAGON HVAC. read more

Refilled old freon. Tyler's a nice guy, intelligent, honest demeanor, knowledgeable, helpful, and conscientious. He was quick to arrive and even though my A/C system is older, he had all needed supplies right on hand, no return trip needed, which I see requires a larger van (more insurance, more gas, more supplies) and yet... the maintenance was at a good price too. read more
