I worked with Becky whom was pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding of our home needs. The team will send an email with the information spoken to review beforehand before purchase for approval. This company is definitely one to look into for your land surveying needs. Thank you so very much Becky.

I typically document positive encounters and experiences with businesses, but this is unfortunately…read morea negative experience that others deserve to have some awareness on. Our family is working with a general contractor, and has been attempting to work with Scalice for now going on almost 3 months. They must be very busy. Good for them - anyone can work with expectations once they are set. We were quoted 6-8 weeks before someone could come out for the survey. We waited. They completed the work and we submitted what we needed to the county for our permit but the county requested more detail as the detail was missing for our pool area. We have now been contacting this company daily to get a confirmation on when they can make the requested update and have been unable to get a response. So now we have already paid them and are at their mercy to have a minimum expectation of customer service. It may take a while and they may deliver on one service but don't expect to be treated as an appreciated customer. You must hope they did everything right the first time because once they are done, there's no full accountability to their customers if clarifications or updates are needed.

Scott went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find my first home in Chapel Hill. My…read moreneeds were complex but he listened closely and didn't waste my time trying to sell me homes that I didn't want. We were in a sellers market, and Scott was on top of every listing that came close, we visited many listings the day they came on market. Scott's background in home construction was his greatest asset (I believe he was previously a general contractor). He could look at a septic system and immediately see problems that your typical realtor wouldn't be able to notice. He crossed off houses from our list for reasons that I wouldn't have noticed - saving me time and money in inspections. When it came to buying a home Scott and his team were on top of it, it was totally hands off and smooth as could be. He answered all my questions, made sure that all the inspections took place, and supervised nearly every single inspector to ensure we were getting the best work done. For my first house in the triangle area I couldn't be more pleased. Scott found me the perfect home in an ideal location for an unbeatable price. I appreciate all the time and energy he put into helping me find home. If you're looking for a realtor look no further - this guy will save you so much time and frustration because he sweats the details so you don't have to.

In a 2021 real estate transaction, Scott E. Graves (ERA Live Moore / ERA Triangle Real Estate…read moreGroup) was the buyer's realtor. Two days prior to closing, Scott Graves allowed an individual, who was not involved in the real estate transaction, to communicate with the seller's realtor. This individual proceeded to verbally abuse the seller's realtor regarding the agreed to price of the home, to the point that the seller's realtor eventually ended the conversation by hanging up the phone. It is unclear what relationship this individual had to Scott Graves; however, what was clear is that this individual had no professional involvement regarding the home being sold. This event demonstrates a tremendous lack of professionalism on the part of Scott Graves. Now, if this is the type of realtor you are interested in retaining, by all means, use Scott Graves. However, if you would prefer a realtor that is professional and competent, there are many, many realtors in the Raleigh-Durham-RTP (Research Triangle Park) area for you to choose from.
