There answering system is hard to understand and seems out dated. I needed a response recently aa my AC was not working, I called and left 3 messages for someone to get back to me. It was 84° in my house. The next morning I called again. I was asking for a call back. I did recieve one about 9:30. When I voiced my opinion regarding the answering system and the number of times I had called, I was argued with and told to get someone else and was hung up on. Is this the way to treat a customer after several years? Now I am using Servair. Think before you call Stills AC!!

My A/C stopped running and the temperature inside our home was moving up towards 90 degrees. I…read morecalled Joe Blanchette the owner of Tropical Air and he called me back within 20 minutes. Within one hour he was at my home in New Smyrna Beach. He told me my blower motor went. He said he had a bowler motor back at his shop that he had rebuilt and that he would get it. Joe was back within the hour and installed the rebuilt blower motor which worked fine. This was all done on the same day that I called him. He ordered a new blower motor which was still under warranty and installed it when it came in about 2 weeks later. This is why I have been a Tropical Air customer for over 30 years. This is a local family owned business. Joe rebuilds salvageable parts from other A/C units when he can rather than pressure a customer to buy a new unit. This separates Tropical Air from other A/C companies in the area. I would give Joe Blanchette 10 STARS if I could. Dick Abbott, New Smyrna Beach
