Tech couldn't figure out what he had done wrong...so he left and we had to stay in a motel for two nights ( with a dog) till they could schedule a time to figure out what the first tech did wrong. Their mistake cost us $500 . Hey, I got them to throw in an older thermostat (since the working nest we had also stopped working) which the boss said was worth $250 (highly overpriced it). Such a terrible experience. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THEY CAME. Of course they never did apologize or offer any other compensation FOR THEIR MISTAKE!

But after they left, I walked by the air handler in the garage and felt cool air around the unit. I called CCC the next day and they sent another tech out to check it out. It turned out there was a big hole on the back side of the plenum stack going into the house. He couldn't fix it; it was that bad. So, they sent another guy out a day or so later to redo the whole Plenum. It doesn't seem to matter to them that the job was done so Bad. I Don't recommend them!

After checking, it was confirmed that freon was not the issue and that the only necessary service was flushing the drain line. However, the technician pressured my partner into unnecessary upsells, making it seem urgent to replace a compressor circuit and capacitor that were not needed. For what should have been a simple drain line flush, I was charged nearly $715 ($185 flush fee, $80 trip fee, almost $430 for unnecessary parts and 30 min labor, plus a $20 transaction fee). My AC is a 2019 unit with yearly maintenance and no compressor issues. When I called the owner, instead of taking responsibility, he tried to justify the charges with a dismissive restaurant analogy. This is unacceptable and feels predatory, especially when they take advantage of WOMEN and low- to mid-income families. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

I explained that the pan was cracked and I assumed the coil needed to be replaced.They are typically one part. He sent his guy out to look at it and I was told that the parts were no longer available and that I would have to replace the entire heating and cooling system for a cost of $2,600! This was frustrating news, especially since it was working fine besides the leak in the cracked drain pan. I did some research myself and discovered that not only were the parts available, but that this particular model had a separate coil and pan, so all I needed was to replace the $120 pan. I can''t believe how close I came to getting royally ripped off.

(unit under warranty) Finally, I called another company, they found the thermostat to be defective and replaced it with a Honeywell brand. The annoying problem was solved! When we moved from Deltona to DeLand and we kept his info and have called on him several times when our unit has had trouble. He has been able to fix things that have went wrong with honest pricing and he never charges an after hours fee. This really helped as last night at 9pm our ac went out but he came quickly and took care of the problem for an extremely reasonable price. I then realized I had never written a review after all these years and he deserves an excellent review!
