The condo I bought in 2020 had a carpenter ant issue. I wanted a more natural pesticide approach and contacted this company. They came and explained it was a satellite site and they'd help me break it over the next 12 months. Their pricing is very reasonable. They come once a month for a year and they spray inside and outside. They then suggest coming the 4 months of ant season to avoid future issues. I saw tons of tiny baby ants immediately by that patio door. Over time, I have seen fewer. They have also helped with those asian ladybugs that are not actual ladybugs. Safe around pets, too. No odor and doesn't affect my sensitive skin to have it in the house (I have reacted to other pesticide products). Very pleased with their services. read more

These folks sounded great in terms of safe treatment for mice given that there are dogs in the house. However, even after five phone calls they could not get the contract correct and came on/and charged for months we had not agreed upon. I finally gave up dealing with them. read more

I wouldn't recommend Nature's Way. They came out to my home 3 times to treat for carpenter ants and applied a treatment inside and outside. While they were very nice when they came, they put a product on the outside of my log home that burnt off the stain, not only leaving huge globbed on drips of the product on my walls, but with the stain removal, large spots of unstained wood. I was left to fix the issue. They were somewhat responsive when I called with this issue but at the end of the day, had no interest in helping me resolve it. They were not aware of any issues with the product, and simply referred me to the manufacturer of the product. No interest in looking into the issue deeper to better understand the product for future use, and no interesting helping me further. They were kind and did get rid of the ants (hence 2 stars) but ultimately created a bigger issue for me to resolve and didn't have an interest in helping. read more

We hired Nature's Way 4 years ago for a carpenter ant infestation in our sunroom ceiling. Nature's Way came approximately once a month for 4 years to spray at a cost of about $75 a month. We would experience some periods where we would not see ants and other periods where we would see many ants during this period. After four years and thousands of dollars, we decided to try another company on the recommendation of a friend who had had a similar bad experience with Nature's Way. The other company came and did treatments in the sunroom, around the exterior of the house and inside the house, and even found another ant colony in our outdoor hot tub! (Nature's Way had never even looked at the hot tub even though, evidently, this is a common location for carpenter ant colonies). This "new" company recommended we do treatments each spring and advised that monthly treatments were unnecessary. I spoke with the manager at Nature's Way and he said they do not have a moneyback guarantee or provide any refunds for unsuccessful treatments. He said they use "safer, less toxic" chemicals which don't work as well as other pesticides. I wish Nature's Way had been more upfront about this, especially as the years and costs dragged on and we kept asking for more aggressive treatments. Had we gone with this other company 4 years ago, we likely would have avoided the resulting progressive ant damage and saved a lot of money in the process read more

They conned me into getting a year of service and led me to believe that if the infestation returned they would perform follow ups at no charge. A year later the ants are back and they are back pedaling and will not provide a follow up treatment. read more
