So I have been trying to locate this service on Yelp for quite some time to thank them for helping me with a pesky situation. I had an infestation of bees which I later came to find out were yellow-jackets. I got stung three times in a matter of 2-3 weeks. In one day, I had thirteen yellow jackets appear in the living room and kitchen. When I knew it was time to call pest control was when I saw them in my bedroom and woke up to a dead one underneath the pillow on my living room sofa(which ended dup stinging me). Nate was really helpful as was Ryley. Nate inspected every crevice in the house and sprayed some spray to help make them go away. They came on time and followed through. They were very reliable. If I ever need pest control and extermination services, I would be sure to reach out to them. Hopefully I won't ever need to, but if I did, I would recommend them. In terms of cost, I feel grateful that my landlord covered that so I am not sure how much their services cost, but Nate did a thorough inspection of the home both inside and out and for that I am grateful. To be clear, I didn't use their service. I called to have someone come out to give us an estimate on mouse control. When their contact came out, he looked around for a few minutes, then told me since I live in the country, I'm going to have mice inside my house-there's nothing they can really do about it. He told me to buy some poison bait blocks. We did that, and it didn't work. Now I have to call another pest control company to come out, and actually provide a service. This was my first experience with a pest problem and it wasn't what I had expected it to be, based on research that I had done. There had recently been bed bugs in the apartment next to mine. After that apartment was treated, I then found a bed bug on my bed frame, and read in multiple sources that if there is a bed bug infestation in one apartment, then the apartment(s) directly surrounding that one will need to be treated as well, at the same time. I think that if they had treated my apartment when the had treated the one right next to mine, then my landlord probably wouldn't have had to pay for two days worth of treatments (at $125/hr). The first thing that I didn't like about this company was that I had no direct communication with them. My landlord set up the appointment and sent me a letter in the mail telling me what I had to do in preparation for the treatment that was going to take place. I had no contact with the company, and I had questions that remained unanswered. I had at the least, expected them to call the day before to confirm our appointment and to make sure that I understood the material that had been sent to me. My apartment was treated with heat; it's a one bedroom and it took approximately six hours. Though it did solve the problem, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. In addition to the reasons mentioned, I was not pleased to come home and see that the company hadn't taken switch plates off of my wall when they did the treatment, and they had not patched any cracks in my ceiling or small holes in my wall. That bothered me because I had read that proper treatment requires removing the plate covers and patching any cracks/holes, to kill any eggs that may have been hiding. read more

I had a bedbug scare today. The ladies who answered the phone were very helpful. My mother bought a house, which I moved into in May. I'm watching it until she moves here next year. The house had been unoccupied for many months, if not about a year before I moved. Until yesterday there have been no major issues with pests. Yesterday I started getting chewed up by something. I tore up my bed area looking for evidence of bedbugs. This morning I found carcasses under the beat up rug where my bed sits. From a photo I emailed Pestpro, they determined that the carcasses were from lady beetles. Though that doesn't solve what started noming on me, I'm just happy it's not bedbugs. I have been seeing gnats flying here and there. I'm wondering now if they're bull gnats/black flies. Either way, they're probably easier to deal with than bedbugs. The main take away from this experience was that they helped me determine what was not the problem before I spend a lot of money trying to bake the house. read more

If there were ten stars available, I would give it to these guys. They are local, reliable, professional, thorough, courteous, respectful of our time, our home and our property, and - probably most importantly - effective....they do what they say they will do, and they don't give up until the job is done. We first had Pest Pro come to our home about ten years ago. The previous owners had cats. We did not, and after about six months of living in our new house, we had mice. I called Pest Pro and they sent Kyle over the very next day. Within a short time we had no further signs of mice in the house (I know, they're cute, but I don't like them in my silverware drawer and pantry). Pest Pro has been our pest control company every since. I should have written this review long ago, but didn't realize how very much I valued Kyle (our tech) and the other folks at the company until yesterday. My daughter is returning home tomorrow from having been away for several months. Homecomings are a big deal around here. I went into her bedroom to get it ready for her return (after having not been in there for a few weeks) and was immediately hit with an offensive smell; dead rodent. Oh no! I searched her room high and low and could not find the critter, but did narrow it down to one area around the baseboard. I called Pest Pro, desperate to find a way to get rid of that awful smell before my daughter comes home. They gave me a few suggestions and asked if I wanted Kyle to give us a call. Kyle called within five minutes and gave me some more specific suggestions, and then offered to stop by.....and this was at 4pm on a Friday afternoon! He did a more thorough search and narrowed the source of the smell down to an even smaller although, unfortunately, inaccessible area. Then he helped us with a remedy that - given the inaccessibility of the location - pretty effectively mitigated the smell. By the time my daughter comes home tomorrow, it should be completely gone. And this is just one example of their willingness to go above and beyond! In the ten plus years we've done business with Pest Pro, we have always been more than satisfied with their service. great company. after calling orkin and trying to get a quote i finally hung up on the salesman b/c he was trying to sell me a $800 package of sorts. the lady at pest pro was very helpful and had a serivce tech. out very soon. my house ants were a bit stubborn but after a few treatments i have no ants. very reasonable pricing as well. will use again. read more
