I'd never needed an exterminator, so just started cold calling local companies I found online. After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). These seem like good people doing an honest business; I'd totally recommend them to anyone who wants to place one call and not have to worry about it again.

Called multiple pest control companies to deal with the infestation, they all , wanted us to take all of our clothing out and get it cleaned, followed by a year long follow ups with costs. They even agreed that heat was a better solution. Justina was very open and informative about the process . We make the mistake of doing more research before booking, so we missed the earlier time and had to wait ( the hateful days) . They showed up on time , clear pre visit t instructions . After IMMEDIATE RELIEF, place still hot but no bugs!!! I waited to write this review because I wanted see if it lasted. I am so please after 90 days the only thing I fight is the mosquitoes. Cost - a little more than the year long intrusion to my home , but one day and she did a follow up a month later. Bargain!! Book ASAP! Just my opinion. David & Patty

There was no way I could prune or spray these trees myself. I was sadly considering that I needed to remove them. The Bartlet tree Experts came on time, and examined them, offered suggestions to try first, to try to save them. They would call me each morning they were planning to come for service, to let me know they would be coming, efficiently did what they needed to do, they were very courteous and left my yard neat. They pruned, fertilized, sprayed for fungus on a schedule, and loosened the soil around the collars (the base of the trees.)
