The products he uses have been effective for my carpenter ant and hornet issues. We had a very wet spring, which may have impacted the ant treatment. He came back out to re-apply at no charge to me, and said that the product was under warranty. Then, on top of all of this, he's very transparent about the services. What they will do, what they won't do, and is honest about recommendations that make sense for the consumer, rather than attempting to tack on unnecessary services. He suggested using a non toxic chrysanthemum based spray that he said would get rid of the spiders and flying insects but it made no difference. Also he used ant gels he said would work for the carpenter ants but that didn't work either. He came a few times but nothing helped. I went to tractor supply and got traps for the flys, a spray for the spiders, and I live with the ladybugs. Had to tear a section of the house apart to get rid of the ants and now keep them at bay using another spray on my foundation that I got from Walmart that works. If you hire him, I'd just discuss using more potent/effective methods of pest control than I received.
