Called multiple pest control companies to deal with the infestation, they all , wanted us to take all of our clothing out and get it cleaned, followed by a year long follow ups with costs. They even agreed that heat was a better solution. Justina was very open and informative about the process . We make the mistake of doing more research before booking, so we missed the earlier time and had to wait ( the hateful days) . They showed up on time , clear pre visit t instructions . After IMMEDIATE RELIEF, place still hot but no bugs!!! I waited to write this review because I wanted see if it lasted. I am so please after 90 days the only thing I fight is the mosquitoes. Cost - a little more than the year long intrusion to my home , but one day and she did a follow up a month later. Bargain!! Book ASAP! Just my opinion. David & Patty

I highly recommend this company. Unlike other pest control companies they called me right back,…read morethey scheduled an inspection right away, and when it came back positive, they scheduled the treatment right away - they made everything incredibly easy and answered all my questions. As I am single homeowner they helped me with the prep. Finally, when I discovered a few days after the treatment that one of my TVs melted (the heat blanket may not have been on properly - it happens), they immediately offered to replace it, no hassle, no questions, no excuses. It was so impressive. Bed bug infestations are incredibly stressful and they took all the stress out of it, acted quickly, didn't make me chase them down like the other pest control companies in the area, and did the right thing when there was damage. (note this was for my North Conway property)

I had a mouse…read moreproblem, he came over the day I called, checked out my attic, cellar and all around the outside of my house. He found where the mice were getting in and gave me a choice as to fixing it myself or having him do it. He also set traps in the attic and got the mice. I asked him to fix the entry holes and he set bait boxes outside to further deter future mouse issues. All in all, it was very reasonably priced and totally worth the peace of mind. I highly recommend his services.

As soon as the first squirrel took the peanut bait, Rich came right back over (in a snow storm!) to collect the little guy. He repeatedly assured me that he would take him to a nice, safe place, just far enough away so that Mr. Squirrel would not be able to move back into my house. Rich then continued to set traps to catch and release the squirrel family until everyone was accounted for. Finally, once the weather improved he was able to seal the hole in our attic. Chip & Dale will need to find a new clubhouse for their shenanigans this year.

Mike was a very nice guy and I'm giving this review the 3 stars because of his character. I had…read morehim come to my place since I had carpenter ants, spiders, cluster flys, and ladybugs starting to infest my house. He suggested using a non toxic chrysanthemum based spray that he said would get rid of the spiders and flying insects but it made no difference. Also he used ant gels he said would work for the carpenter ants but that didn't work either. He came a few times but nothing helped. I went to tractor supply and got traps for the flys, a spray for the spiders, and I live with the ladybugs. Had to tear a section of the house apart to get rid of the ants and now keep them at bay using another spray on my foundation that I got from Walmart that works. If you hire him, I'd just discuss using more potent/effective methods of pest control than I received.
