He found where the mice were getting in and gave me a choice as to fixing it myself or having him do it. He also set traps in the attic and got the mice. As soon as the first squirrel took the peanut bait, Rich came right back over (in a snow storm!) to collect the little guy. He repeatedly assured me that he would take him to a nice, safe place, just far enough away so that Mr. Squirrel would not be able to move back into my house. Rich then continued to set traps to catch and release the squirrel family until everyone was accounted for. Finally, once the weather improved he was able to seal the hole in our attic. Chip & Dale will need to find a new clubhouse for their shenanigans this year.

He suggested using a non toxic chrysanthemum based spray that he said would get rid of the spiders and flying insects but it made no difference. Also he used ant gels he said would work for the carpenter ants but that didn't work either. He came a few times but nothing helped. I went to tractor supply and got traps for the flys, a spray for the spiders, and I live with the ladybugs. Had to tear a section of the house apart to get rid of the ants and now keep them at bay using another spray on my foundation that I got from Walmart that works. If you hire him, I'd just discuss using more potent/effective methods of pest control than I received.
