They also offer a variety of açaí bowls, smoothies, salads and soup. You'll find Nature's Table in the main atrium of the airport. It's definitely one of the healthier options at IND.

What a decision to make between the two! The worker said that the muffin was more lemony. I thought the muffin looked better than the slice of loaf. Lemon iced muffin it is! Oh, they have frequent eater cards at the register. I also bought a kale, spinach, mango, and pineapple regular size smoothie. It quickly flushes out your system. The restaurant is only open during the weekdays. They have healthy choices, and I plan to stop by again while passing through.

The menu items are listed behind and above the counter, but printed menus are also available if you prefer reading things closer to your face. You place your order on the right side and pay at the time you order. They call out the food item, not your name, so you need to pay attention so that someone who comes after you doesn't grab your smoothie or panini by mistake! We stopped by for lunch and didn't have to wait to order. Within minutes, our orders were ready. It was a little more challenging than when they call out names. I mean if you miss the first word or two of what is being called, you may not recognize the order. Fortunately, the place was only about half full and the cashier (very personable!) nodded at me like "Hey, that's yours!" I ordered a Turkey Cranberry panini which was pretty tasty. The turkey was served warm and juicy (for turkey). The Swiss cheese was thick and gooey (yum!) and the cranberry flavor was from cranberry mayo with cranberry bits. The panini was lightly grilled/pressed and was quite good. I also ordered the Tropical Oasis smoothie, which is a bunch of fruit juices including strawberry, pineapple, and banana. It was cold and refreshing, but like a lot of smoothies, you have to wait for the melting to catch up to your thirst. By the bottom of the smoothie, the flavor was a little monotone compared to the taste at the beginning. My wife opted for the Carnitas (pork) wrap. She opted for the flour wrap (four options are available) to hold her marinated carnitas, black beans, corn salsa, avocado, salsa and sour cream. As you can see, the food tastes on the lighter side, but is sufficient enough in quantity and flavor to satisfy someone on the go for lunch. You walk through a series of gluten-free options starting with a base of greens, rice or noodles. (The noodles are made of sweet potato's.) then you select from a series of warm options, cold options and finish with a protein. Price is dependent on the protein selected. My server, Alan, walked me thru the options to build my custom bowl. The bowl is ready in less than a minute! I selected a lettuce base with chick pea curry, Brussels sprouts, a fabulous pickle onion, kimchi, carrots and topped the bowl off with Korean bbq made from beef brisket. The ingredients were flavorful with varied degrees of spicy heat. The spice levels were perfect for me without added sauce. The curry was tasty and the bbq was tender and juicy. I loved my bowl. I especially liked being able to select ingredients that fit my diet. The dining area has an upscale vibe with six long tables. There were fresh flowers on the tables, probably from last week's grand opening. The dining room is clean and tidy. The manager came over to my table to chat and see if everything was ok. On Monday's, they offer special pricing on Meatless bowls. There was a kid's menu, as well. If you sign up through their App you can get a free bowl and receive other offers (I opted out). I did have issues finding my way into the tiny strip mall. There is a single narrow entrance in the back that also serves as the exit.

Which is not to say it was meh, I was quite surprised. It was good and a great value for the $$. Lots of choices of toppings, protein, carb (rice). Some great sauce combos and overall a nice dinner option without breaking the bank. Definitely will try another when on the road. Only differences in the two photos is mine had more veggies, hot sauce along with purple rice. Both had grilled chicken too.

We both had the fried tofu. I especially enjoyed the pickled onions and the kimchi. These bowls are healthy and tasty. I topped mine with yum yum sauce. My husband was more adventurous and opted for sriracha sauce. I also enjoy the miso soup on the side. The soup is light and flavorful. Service was ok. We came towards the end of the lunch hour and the staff was busy. The tables needed to be cleaned when we sat. I was able to wipe one down with a few napkins.
