Amazing! As a mom to a toddler and very little time to cook, this place is an absolute must! I eat vegetarian or vegan most of the time, and struggle to find time to cook. The meal options for vegetarians at snap kitchen also get boring quick. This place has so many DELICIOUS options. My one year loved the veggie Mac. I also didn't feel bad feeding it to her! So far I've had the Mediterranean sweet potato and tasted the Thai brown rice and it's splendid. Can't wait til I go back and get more food. Definitely check it out! read more

Food quality is amazing, it is always so fresh and delicious. I always come in to purchase on-the-go, but they do offer the option to order in advance and pick up your meals for the week. Options change frequently so you never get bored, and there is usually something new and interesting to try. The lasagna, best vegan style I ever had. AND the chocolate chip cookies, while pricey at 4 for $6.75, they were so amazing, I bought four more. They keep them refrigerated on the premises, but 20 seconds in the microwave knocks the chill off and makes them sooo perfect. read more

We just had their wraps, some kind of carrot salad and some very hard unappetizing cookies catered for a lunch and learn at my office. Everything was so gross, I couldn't eat it. I really love the Green Smoothie, yet all of them are excellent and fresh. Service is fast and friendly. Food--especially the salads are way better than Snappy or Whole Foods--and cheaper. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a snack for less money than the grocery store or one meal out at a fine dining establishment. It's important to go meatless at least for one meal per day, and this place makes that affordable and easy. read more

I recently signed up for one of their meal plans, as it has become increasingly difficult to find time to shop for and prepare healthy meals (and pack at least 2 meals per day for work) due to my hectic schedule. What a great addition to the neighborhood! I love the plant-based/vegan recipes and the prices are very reasonable. Living on my own, it can be hard to eat healthy and not waste (or I make one recipe and get stuck eating it all week -ugh!) Nature's Plate offers a solution to this problem! The meals are tasty/filling and portion sizes are good. They have a Groupon now (Feb 2016) which makes it an even better deal. I'm currently enjoying the Chickpea Jalfrezi and it's delicious! I know this sounds corny but it was truly love at first bite!!!! I went in & tried an assortment of their regular menu items (tortilla and corn chowder soups, black bean with corn salsa and veggie mac entrees) and picked up an assortment of desserts as well (brownie, cookie sandwich & the TO DIE FOR carrot cake muffin). It looked so delicious that I had a small bite of each when I got home & it's actually mind blowing how delicious their food is!! Nature's Plate is one of the few places to get great Whole Food Plant Based with no oil. Have been WFPB Vegan for almost four years and it was hard to get fresh prepared food without oil. Nature's Plate is fabulous and comes in two different portion sizes. Love their cashew based "nacho cheese sauce", carrot cake breakfast cookies, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies! They deliver to Dallas, and for those of us in the burbs, Territory is now carrying them. They will deliver to your house or a location nearby. read more

I am a single person with a hectic work schedule and a tendency to make really bad food choices when I do not have time to plan and prepare my own meals. Nature's Plate provides a varied selection of healthy food options for those weeks when I do not have time to cook for myself. The past several weeks I have been ordering five days' worth of meals ahead of time; I end up with a variety of fresh plant-based meals which are good-tasting and satisfying. My favorites include the veggie mac and vegetable bowls with peanut sauce. I have also lost a few pounds, which has been an added benefit. There are times when I have gone into the store to pick up meals without pre-ordering and have found a relatively small selection of food. However, this is a small business which makes limited batches of food at a time; the open kitchen area is right behind the counter, and I always see folks preparing meals. Furthermore, the staff has been more than happy to call when other entrees becomes available. Generally there are ready-to-go meals available when I stop in, however. I am neither a vegan nor gluten-free. However, I feel better when I eat a majority of plant-based foods without refined grains or dairy. I highly recommend Nature's Plate. read more

The folks at Nature's Plate really know how to rock the recipes. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian for that matter - just wanted to try something different. Now I'm hooked! Healthy, organic, well balanced, tasty food with great mouth feel. Never knew you could do so much with chickpeas and lentils. I've seriously tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed. You can order ahead of time or just stop in to pick up something from the stocked fridges. They even have a microwave and countertop seating so you can enjoy something yummy on-site. Over the past few months we've tried just about everything they offer and are amazed how much we've enjoyed all of it! Always fresh & delicious and stays good for a long time. Staff is super friendly & helpful and the cost is very affordable. We started a whole food plant based diet for our health. I have multiple sclerosis and WFPB diet is what is recommended for MS. Fatigue makes it difficult to prepare daily meals. Nature's Plate has been a Godsend! Already my energy level has increased greatly and we've both lost several pounds too. We live near the Lake Highlands store and pop-in on weekends to stock-up for a week or two! I also freeze some items for later. Ordering ahead online is easy & so convenient. Words can not describe how much I love this place! I have been debating about giving it a try, and finally did right before Thanksgiving. I ordered off their holiday menu, LAST MINUTE, literally the day before, and the staff still went above and beyond to accommodate what I needed and pick up time. I could not believe how sweet the owner was, and how out of this world their holiday menu was. The food was delicious, and their was not a piece of that green bean casserole left. I am vegan, but my family is not, and they were the ones asking for more! With the holidays, schedules are crazy and my time to meal prep was slim to none. I decided to lean on the delicious food that Nature's Plate provides and order a couple meals, and utilize their pick up options. The pick up went great, very easy to locate, and again such welcoming staff members. When I tell you the food was impeccable, I am not kidding. I mean, it tasted as good as the pictures look, which is one hard thing to achieve. But nonetheless, I am a happy and loyal customer of Nature's Plate, and look forward to their new menu every week! About a year ago, I had to start a fairly strict elimination diet. I knew I would struggle with going it alone and having the time to prepare meals that were both nutritionally what I needed and more importantly delicious, so I looked up personal chefs in the area and found Annette. She was in the process of getting Nature's Plate up and running (and just my luck - in my neighborhood). In the months leading up to the opening of N.P., she would deliver these AMAZING and yummy meals, that were just what I needed for my diet. I now frequent Nature's Plate and they continue to add more and more yumminess to their growing menu! My personal favorites are the PBJ chia seed pudding (NOM NOM!), the eggless tofu salad (I love to have this with chiptole mayo on a sandwich!) and the sweet potato lemon tahini bowl. I'm so surprised this place is rated so high. I signed up for a 5day subscription breakfast lunch and dinner -- and wow what a disappointment. The food is suppose to be super fresh. Damp brown lettuce and browned apples. Haven't been a fan. The chickpea wraps were soggy and the salad- all brown along with the fruit I got on day 1. This is only day 2 of my 5 day meal plan. Quite frankly I have not liked any of my meals... I'm tempted to trash the rest because I bought double of most things I've tried and I wouldn't even consider decent. Hate wasting food. Wouldn't recommend the subscription. Maybe the product is fresher on a day to day basis. Cancelled subscription, I personally won't be back to natures plate- 115$ down the drain. I didn't even mention the poor delivery process of "Postmates" showing up to wrong address. Had to drive and meet this guy on the spot for my meals- 15$ extra for basically an inconvenience when I was doing it to be convenient. Good luck to whoever signs up. read more
