The BEST acai bowls around. I've gotten at least 4-5 others hooked who now refuse to go elsewhere. I usually do a BYO bowl, because I can get the pure açaí base. It's thick, flavorful, and PURE açaí goodness. It stays cold and solid and never gets soupy on me. I've also had the pitaya, and it's also very good, but I'm obsessed with the flavor of açaí. I once had an employee recommend I try the chia pudding with the açaí base. I remember being hesitant, but the employee was right, and I've never looked back. The açaí base is very natural with no added sweetness, and the chia pudding adds that perfect bit of sweetness and additional texture to the mix. Their fruit are always so dang good. I had at probably around 100 bowls over the last several years, and never once have I ever got fruit that didn't taste perfectly ripe. That kind of consistency is phenomenal to me. The granola is crispy and perfect and doesn't get soggy. Everything is pretty much perfection. Finally, the staff is always nice and accommodating, and my order is always ready on time when I place a pickup order through their website. 10/10! read more

First time trying this place, ordered the Passion Paradise, and it was pretty good! It tasted like a healthy version of Jamba's White Gummi. It was like a sweet and slight sour taste but I love that kind of flavor profile so it was nice. They have a stamp card here and they gave us double since it was a rainy day. The staff here were all super friendly too, it was our first time trying this place so we asked a ton of questions and they were so nice. While I love this place and their food/beverages, I might look elsewhere next time. I unknowingly walked in the OPEN door at 7:58am and they open at 8am and the workers turned me away stating they weren't open. Based on principal, I left because I did not want to give them my $20 breakfast order if they weren't willing to sacrifice 2 minutes. Hi neighbors. So I've had plenty of good juices here. I've also received a couple ones that seemed off but but always receive great customer service with a fresh new one. I hate to be the person complaining but it it's off it's off. Now this drink is called a gingerbread and it's supposed to have Apple lemon and Ginger which I love. I asked to add Orange juice which I know is a bold flavor, but if you don't know this and you make it 50% orange juice you're not gonna taste anything else. Great juice place! The staff was very helpful and attentive and very welcoming. They have a wide selection of drinks and I had trouble choosing so one of the employees recommended the Cravin' Cucumber smoothie, which was super delicious and highly recommended btw. I've gotten the acai bowl here and it's so tasty!!!! I've tried Jamba Juice's acai bowl for the first time and it was good but I didn't like the fact that it melted and was all gooey. Here at nature's juice the acai berry is firm and has such a great taste I definitely enjoyed it more. Stopped by for some açaí yesterday and got a bowl that had bugs in it. My boyfriend and I ordered for pick up & before we started digging in, he noticed a bug on his raspberry. Thought it was just his, so I was about to take a bite of mine when I noticed two bugs on mine as well... We took it back in and they simply remade it for us without an apology, without saying much. Thought they would at least give us the bowls for free or give us a discount because honestly we were really disgusted and lost our appetite. My partner and I entered the store during a time where there was no one in line and we were served our meals very quickly after ordering them. Love coming to this place but today the manager on site RIO was extremely rude by laughing at what I was explaining to her about my rewards card as I was lying about it. Horrible service today. Came in around 8:15 p.m., they said they were only taking online orders. Okay, I went online and placed my order at approx 8:25. 10min later, they get a rush of people who they let order inside the store after stating they were only taking online order. To top it off, I didn't get a text message, call, or anything letting me know my order was done. Waited for about 40 minutes. Everyone after me got help and their orders, and it turns out my oder was done, but they didn't bother to to call, or send a message. What's the point of online orders? If you dont notify the customers, their order is ready through message or call. I like this place, but service today was just wack to say it nicely.
