Maybe update your online ordering to say it will take longer than actually waiting in line and staring at people were you said online order is. Stop trying to fix the problem after you already have an irate customer and just update your automated message or be attentive to people waiting 10 minutes at a window not being helped. They stared right at me and kept helping others until I was asked to be helped and was told oh we actually tell people to wait over there. That is not what their automated message says. In hindsight I made a regrettable decision taking my family to Bruster's, but my daughter just finished competing in a tennis tourney next door at CSUF and I wanted to reward her. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine eating a PB Cup Overload With Reeses would cause me to lose a big chunk of my dental filling. This location has plenty of parking on the front and some tables to sit down, the downside is that the sun hits you right there. We decided to walk around for shade and sit by the Office Depot. There was a short line that went through fast. The girl at the window was very friendly and welcoming. I was between 2 flavors and didn't know you could choose 2 different ones so she told us. The icecream came out quick and it was very tasty. It was hot outside so it started to melt quick. They give you a plastic cone protector on the bottom which is super nice to avoid leaks. The icecream is just as good as the Whittier location, but I will be back to this location just based on customer service. read more

My wife and I are big ice cream enthusiasts, so we were quite eager to try this spot. Our initial visit was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The service was welcoming, the staff happily provided samples when we asked, and they even included a complimentary doggy sundae for our pup, Rita, who was with us. We both ordered the blast with Oreos. While we were impressed by the creamy texture, we were underwhelmed to discover that by the time we reached the middle of the cup, all the toppings had vanished. All that remained was plain vanilla ice cream, which became overpowering. Yesterday, we decided to give it another shot and try something new. I got a waffle bowl filled with mint chocolate chip and fudge brownie ice cream. I can honestly say it was ten times better than the blast. My wife got a scoop of the strawberry matcha ice cream and really enjoyed it as well. Our dog Rita received another doggy sundae and basically devoured it in seconds. Overall, we have come to really appreciate Bruster's for the extensive variety of treats they offer, from sorbets and cakes to scoops and sundaes. Bruster's Real Ice Cream in Fullerton recently opened about 1 month ago. My husband, our little girl dog and I stopped by for a visit on a Sunday afternoon, around 1:15 pm. This Bruster's is located in the same plaza as Panera Bread with a shared parking lot. We are pretty familiar with this ice cream chain and have never had a disappointing visit (how could having ice cream be a negative experience?). When we arrived, there was only one person ahead of us in line. When it was our turn, we ordered: Small 2 scoop waffle cone, $7.25- You can get up to 2 flavors in your cone, my husband ended up ordering pistachio and rocky road. I didn't try any of my husband's ice cream or waffle cone but he and our little girl enjoyed it (she only had the pistachio and part of the waffle cone). Small 2 scoop, $6.25- You can choose to have your ice cream in a cup of in a cake cone. I usually opt for a cup to avoid any spilling, but it is nice that the waffle cone my husband got came with a drip tray. I ended up picking banana cream pie and peach. Both flavors were really good and would order both again. Doggie Sundae- Pup cups are free for dogs that come with a small cup of vanilla ice cream and pieces of an ice cream cone (most likely the cake cup). My little girl liked her ice cream but preferred to eat my husband's (she definitely eats more people food than I want to admit). -------------------------------- (Total= $13.50) Service was friendly and wait time for our ice cream was only a few minutes. After you pay for your purchase, then you wait for your order to be called out and then you pick it up at the window. There are no seating inside of out, there are windows for you to walk up to and order (pretty much the same set up as other Bruster's locations that we have visited in Orange County). Most people we saw were either eating their ice cream standing by the order window or some walked back to their car to enjoy their order. This location is a great addition to Fullerton, with may more delicious offerings to choose from. We will definitely be back in the future. read more

Hubby loves the pistachio....different than other ice cream place and for the regular waffle cone, they gave the holder or what does it called? To catch the spills! The New York cheesecake is bomb! You can tell it's made fresh. I've gone there a handful of times and each time the line was short. After trying Bruster's for the first time two or three years ago, I was excited to see this open up so close to me! Fullerton has tons of frozen yogurt and nitrogen ice cream spots but it lacks good quality ice cream. Ordered a small strawberry in a cup for myself and a small vanilla in a waffle cone for my mom. Since I was heading home on a very hot afternoon, I didn't want it to melt so I had asked if they can give me the waffle cone on the side. The guy working told me it'll be a 25 cent upcharge and I said no problem. 25 cents to get the ice cream in a cup and a safely secured waffle cone on the side was honestly very cheap and expected them to charge me way more. The vanilla was good but on the milky and sweeter side. I liked my strawberry but it was on the milky and tart side. It would've been better if the flavor was more balanced but the addition of having strawberry bits was a very good touch. For $6.25, the small size which comes with 2 scoops is not a bad deal especially in this thriving economy. Guy helping me out was great and very accommodating.
