On 01/09/25 I decided to order online, Later I collected my order from cashier 53919. I handed my medical card and ID to the cashier who said that I was not registered as a medical patient, I knew that I was. The cashier proceeded to ask if these edibles were for my own use, did I intend to sell them on, Wow how rude is that! "are you kidding me" I answered!. I frequent the store only when my arthritis is playing up then I purchase maybe $100 worth of edibles. I just had the most unprofessional experience at this dispensary. I came in to pick up an online order, I asked if they could add on a house pre roll. Instead of providing good customer service he tells me: " sorry we don't have any product here...". I literally turn around to look at a building full of product... he then tried to rationalize his lack of taking care of the customer on processes. When I called him out on his lack of customer service and his attitude, the told me he would put me in the front and you can go get it. Ai accepted his attempt to pawn me off onto someone else because he didn't want to walk and add a preroll to my order. He lied and put me at the end of the line... once inside I was blamed for not ordering everything the first time. yea, I wanted to add something but instead of saying "I got you, what do you need?" I was given attitude. Having such a policy where you can't accommodate a change in a customers order without giving a hunch of attitude about "processes" is what caused this review. Had the staff been willing to just take care of the customer instead of having attitude, this review wouldn't have happened. I have been to every dispensary in Arizona, literally. This is by far the best one for several reasons: 1) They grow their own marijuana on-site and it is free from harsh chemicals and pesticides that give you that nasty burnt lung feeling. I used to be a regular here and The only good thing this Dispensary has going for it is its Reward system. Other than that, not the best place to go to. Customer service is always back and forth depending on who helps you. DONT EVER ASK THEM TO CHOOSE FOR YOU. If you ever tell them to recommend something, they will give you the lowest grade THC and weed that was harvested over a year ago. After a couple of hits on each one they stopped working. Appears they leak and clog up the mouthpiece and at that point dont work at all. I called them about two weeks after we bought them and whoever answered the phone said they really dint have a return policy after two weeks...not even for selling defective products. My review for this place used to be 5 stars - I used to ONLY shop here because the customer service and product WAS outstanding. But in recent years the quality of this place has dramatically declined. The quality of flower product is consistently under-par, extremely over priced, and they falsely advertise their products. So when I came in without the original packaging (bc I put it in the recycling) they said without the original packaging and with it being less than half full they would do anything for me! I only give this lace 2 stars because I have no comparison to other dispensaries in Tucson. I would give this one star for a few reasons. First is long wait. Each time I went there Medical customers got preferential treatment to enter and recreational customers had to wait longer. They only let 5 people in at a time. I never got to see any products, I only was asked what I wanted from a tablet and was not allowed to even look at packaging of products to read labels. I bought some mid grade flower and when I looked at it it was dry, and crumbled easily. Under magnification the flower had very few trichomes. The trichomes it did have were clear not cloudy or tan. Where I'm from this is almost junk weed. Finally the prices are overpriced. I payed 50% more for same product then I payed out of state. read more
