It's the people who are doing this, Doug and his team. They are the reason LakeView Day Camp has been a huge success since Doug took over. Doug and his team are in this to serve the families, not just to have commercial success. The programming is brilliant. We've said many times that we wish they did adult camps on weekends. :-) If you haven't checked it out, I'd highly recommend it. Go on a tour or an event. Meet the nice people. Experience the property (gorgeous) and the activities. You will agree with us :-)

They really try hard to accommodate any issues and things do happen so tell them if there is an issue so they can help. They have corrected bus issues or stepped in to address other minor problems over the years and always left us feeling like they really care about their campers. Doug, the owner is very visible and works hard to leave campers with a positive experience whether they are 5 or 15 years old. They have a beautiful camp with a lovely lake, a hot lunch and healthy snacks like fruit. They just put in a huge new pool 2 years ago. They have a nice teen program as well.

I registered for an introductory class, assuming it was a free trial class based on the website…read more However, I received an email and phone call saying that the class was $25 if I choose not to enroll. So beware, there's no free trial class if you choose not to enroll that day. Despite this, I decided to take my daughter there to give it a try, maybe it was worth $25. I was disappointed. Gym was small. Class was satisfactory, but was not unique, can be found elsewhere. Equipment was ok, better equipment can be found at a professional gymnastics center. The singing and interacting with the toddlers can be found at free classes at the library. The worse part is Aida, instructor proceeded to argue with me when I brought up the fact that the website was misleading on the free introductory class. She responded, "there's no such thing as free class". She also made me feel bad for registering the day of saying that, "most people register a week in advance". Given that I was clearly dissapointed by the class and their business practice, she did not offer to refund my 25 dollars. I would also like to add that most toddler classes besides the little gym do offer a free trial class regardless of enrolling, because they are confident on the quality of classes they provide. Here, it seems they were more concerned with collecting the $25 bucks. They got it, but not my future business. I would not enroll here based on the sub par class, and lack of customer service.

The checkin was pretty easy and the rides seemed very safe with safety nets all around. My kid loved exploring the small passes, ladders and the little ball pit. Can't comment about the pricing as we were here for a birthday party. But overall, a good spot for keeping your kids engaged over a ln evening or a weekend.

There is a loud air compressor that goes off regularly with foam ball shooting guns and an alarm on ball dumpsters. The director and administrative team are absolutely wonderful. They are welcoming, professional, understanding, and always willing to communicate and help with anything I need. You can truly tell that they care about the children, their families, and making the center feel like a second home. The teachers and staff deserve so much recognition as well! They are patient, attentive, nurturing, and genuinely loving toward the children. Seeing how comfortable and happy my baby is with the staff gives me so much peace of mind. I appreciate all the little things they do throughout the day--from keeping me updated to making sure my baby is cared for, engaged, and loved. It really takes a special group of people to care for someone else's child, especially a baby, and I am so grateful for the entire Childtime team. Thank you to the director, admin, teachers, and every staff member who works so hard each day. Your dedication does not go unnoticed! I would absolutely recommend Childtime to any parent looking for a daycare where their child will be cared for, supported, and treated like family. Thank you, Childtime, for everything you do!
