Climbing rocks! My daughters (ages 6 and 8) were in heaven! Though it was super busy on a Sunday afternoon, with 68 themed walls, my daughters enjoyed 90 minutes of climbing and they hardly ever had to wait. Staff attached harnesses onto my kids and taught us all how to easily secure themselves to the rope so that we could do it on our own. In any case, plenty of staff was ready to help anywhere we went. My daughters enjoyed their independence by solving problems on the fly. After they reached the top of a wall, they just had to move away from it for a gentle descent. Though it's quite far from home, we'll definitely be back. Keep calm and climb on! NOTES/TIPS: **Wheelchair-accessible facility. **68 themed walls at 4 arbitrary levels of difficulty with most walls at levels 2 and 3. Any age, including adults can climb. **Prices range from about $14 to $36 depending on age and attractions. **Plenty of parking in a huge lot shared with stores. **BYOF (bring your own food). Eating and drinking is allowed at their indoor picnic tables. They prefer that you move away from the tables when you're done eating. **Lots of casual food chains and other options nearby.

Unfortunately I'm giving climbzone a generous 3 stars because of 3 helpful & super nice employees. Came here on a Tuesday with 2 kids ages 8 & 2. My little one was afraid of everything but one kind employee tried to help her climb and although he wasn't successful, he was patient. The reason for my rating is because of the filth collected overtime. I walked in after maybe 5 months & the entire place smelled so bad, I couldn't wait for our 90 minutes to be up. There was dust & oily fingerprints everywhere. It was horrible & obvious to anyone with eyes that this place never or rarely gets cleaned. Also many of the the walls had CLOSED signs on them so my two kids were limited on walls. This was an issue for my 2 year old who's already limited. I hoped to throw a party here in November but after the deteriorating conditions I witnessed, I could not come back.

Always a great time, it gets very busy so I would get there early 9:30 in the morning if you can! Love Desi& Danielle, Danielle actually climbed a big United States wall with my six-year-old granddaughter to help her be brave enough to do it! And of course the zip lining is always a hit!

We visited today for the first time. 9/2/22. We brought our almost 6 year old niece and she had a blast. I was super impressed at how everything worked and I felt she was super safe on the equipment. The "kids" working were very nice and attentive. We will definitely go back and I'd recommend to anyone wanting something different to do with the kids. We paid almost $40 for 2 hour of climbing and ropes course and she was exhausted afterwards. I Recommend you pay and sign waiver before you arrive. Check in was super fast and easy.

Loved this place from the photos and had to take my daughter there. She was shocked by the many themes and choices she had to choose from to climb. Very creative and different from the typical boring rock wall climbing. Place was air conditioned, clean and staff was around for help. We went on a Wednesday and it wasn't crowded at all. You move from wall to wall at will if it's available and hook and unhook yourself. In the beginning they give a brief tutorial on safety etc. At first my daughter struggled with unhooking and hooking herself but staff was very helpful in assisting each time. She finally got the hang of it. Some walls were closed(not sure why) if I had to assume, I'd say maintenance. I paid an extra $8 for the sky trial which is time slotted. We did a few arcade games. They do have a small snack area to buy from and tables to eat at in the back of the facility. They also have a soft play area for kids that's included. Overall really nice place to take kids for a few hours. I paid on Groupon $20 which wasn't bad for 2hrs of climbing. Must book online and check hours as they frequently change. Wish it was closer to where we live. It's really in the middle of nowhere. We drove a 1hr plus with traffic.

Very large and impressive. walked inn on the weekend , it was very busy but I was greeted quickly by the staff and they were very friendly and quick to get the kids started. The establishment was spotless and well staffed to help out when needed. The kIds we're having a great time and I felt it was very safe.

I went there for my son's 13th birthday. It was the first time and I wasn't so sure we would even like it But we had an amazing time. The kids are still talking about it. The walls were bright and colorful and cool looking. It was completely self guided. You just want to whatever wall you were comfortable with. I climbed the wall lol it was so much fun. I would definitely recommend for families. I even saw small children climbing. You got to give it a try at least once.

This is such a wonderful place, we came from 45 minutes away to attend a party and were more then pleasantly surprised. I have to rave about Brendan who works there because he was amazing with my daughter! My 7 year old is extremely cautious and nervous when it comes to anything like this. She really was hesitant to trt any of it and Brendan stayed by her side and helped through it all! He even helped her through the entire ropes course and got her confident enough to try the zip line herself. This may not be a big deal to most, but for my daughter it was a huge milestone. I am not lying when I say I was almost in tears watching how confident she felt with him by her side. I can't thank Brendan enough (I hope I'm spelling his name right!) And if the rest of the staff is anything like he is, this place will be in business for a long time coming! I would love if more locations opened, that would be so great, so fingers crossed!

DO NOT USE PONY AND PALS!! The owner is horrible! I had them booked for my sons 2nd birthday 6…read moremonths in advanced. Tonya was all nice on the phone and everything I thought it would be great! Then 2 months before the party she calls me saying she realized she's double booked that she has a company picnic the same day that books them every year and wanted to have me change my date! I had the invites printed already and couldn't change the date. I was very upset that this company picnic was not booked when I booked but because they were a bigger event she was trying to cancel me. Well later that night she called me back and said she worked out the times and can still have my party. I was hesitate to trust her but she promised me it would be fine and she wouldn't cancel again. She told me she would call me the week of my party to confirm time and details. Well the week of my sons party came and i never heard from her. I called her Friday the day before my sons birthday to confirm time and address and she started right away with well it's going to be very hot tomorrow and did not want to come to my sons birthday bc it was going to be 90 degrees. Saying it would be to hot for the animals. She wanted to come in the morning instead of 2pm when the party was happening. there was no way I can change the time of my party less than 24 hours before. I was so upset that she was about to ruin my sons birthday and she went on saying that i was crazy to think she would bring animals in the heat! They are farm animals they live outside!!! I was more upset that if I didn't call to confirm she would of just not showed up. Do not trust this company for your parties. I called so many other places but as suspected they were all booked the day before and yet they were al taking their animals to parties. Thankfully I found an amazing company and was still able to get animals to my sons party and it was not ruined! Tonya doesn't care about ruining kids parties. She is more expensive then other companies and horrible customer service! Please believe me when I say do not use this company!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

This place is TRASH. And it's a shame because it's the only one around anymore…read more The staff are all rude. The wait at the door is insane. Birthday party attendees should have a different entrance or should be able to bypass the line. Having to wait 30+ minutes just to walk in is RIDICULOUS. Also. $22+ to skate is absurd. Such a rip off. Every single staff member I encountered was nasty and rude. Especially the security guy at the door who was simultaneously trying to rush me in and stop me snoop through my bag while sanding down my SMALL children. Totally Unnecessary. It's over priced. Smells like burning plastic. The food is disgusting. It's dingey and old. And when the time is up they are insanely rude and shove you out the door as quick and rudely as they can saying "let's go we have to reset for the next session" as if it's anyone's fault this dump doesn't allot themselves enough time between sessions. It's trash. Staff sucks and treats every customer like a derelict teenager about to cause havoc. I'll NEVER go back here and I plan to tell everyone I know how nasty staff is and not to waste your money

I decided to try this specific roller skating rink, mainly bc ,of the skating support it provides…read morekids that don't have full experience with roller skating. I thought it would be closer to me in driving distance ,but, realized it was far in distance for me, personally. However, it was fun and kids had a great time! This rink hosts for all age levels and even saw some adults skating. The music was great and good fun vibes! However, I decided to come here specifically ,also bc, they were having a Halloween special offer for kids. The package included, a free goodie bag and pictures with small amount of "scary" Halloween costumes characters, that kids could meet and take pictures with. As time went by, I didn't hear or see anyone mentioning any of the things that were paid for ,regarding this package, and so, I asked one of the employees that worked at the window and told me , "I don't have any idea" so I'm thinking to myself, well considering that you do work here, you should have an idea and from my understanding, she went ahead and mentioned it to management and then I was able to receive the goodie bag that I had paid for. My point here is that, if I did not mention this to anyone... no one would have come to give us what we signed up and paid for. Even for the Halloween characters, I had to ask if they will be coming out at any time for the kids to take pictures with ,in which, they were looking forward to. These things should be done without customers having to ask about them ..more than once. I gave 3 stars bc even though it was a fun and nice place and the kids enjoyed it, it could be more organized and deliver what they promise,as far as ,their packages. Customers should not have to ask and especially more than once to receive their package goodies or whatever other packages they offer at the time of purchase. If this incident didn't occur, I would have given a better rating. Some of the staff members were nice and friendly. Also, one more thing... I suggest, not ordering any bottled water here, as they charged me $7.00 for a new water brand! I thought that was a complete rip off bc in supermarkets, they go for about $2-3 only being the size of this brand. Parking was very accessible and lots of parking spaces. I wish I could have given this place a higher rating but I believe they could do a lot better with their services. Seeing the kids enjoying and happy is what I mostly cared about but please consider being more organized and thoughtful with your customers and your services. Thank you!

Apple hill review…read more Would give apple hill 0 stars if I could! My family usually loves to build up others and their businesses, so this was very difficult to write. We sent our young daughter to Apple Hill and trusted the staff with our baby girl. However, I am heartbroken to say that she is about to turn 2 years old, and on her birthday will be littered with welts and bruises. It breaks my heart when we look back on photos of this milestone she is going to ask me "daddy why so I have so many injuries?" The staff at Apple Hill was not only condescending, but dismissive of our constant concerns of our daughters repeated injuries. (It also seemed the language barrier between us was something they heavily used to their advantage). I want to be very clear that I understand that toddlers are still learning to walk and are not always stable on their feet. I understand that sometimes babies do get hurt. But there is a difference between the occasional bump and scrape versus consistent and nearly constant injuries on a nearly daily basis. Not to mention, this facility should be baby proof! I expect if she falls she would be protected! Her injuries were constant. I had clients at my job questioning me as to why every time they saw my daughter she had a new injury. Some of these clients see my daughter once or twice a month! She was picked up 2-3 days in a row with new lumps on her head. The black eye she received has left a scar. Each time I look at it, I feel I failed her. The worst part was seeing my daughter so badly bruised, knowing the people that were supposed to protect her were the ones who couldn't give me any answers. When I asked for documentation, they had none when I asked for video they had none. They also suggested watching the live stream video from their lobby, but if I was able to sit and watch my daughter all day from their lobby, I would've had her in my home where I knew she would be safe. Instead, I was working to give her the best life possible. Instead of listening and trying to reassure us, they downplayed our feelings and tried to pass off some of these wounds as bug bites. However, after taking her to a doctor, it was confirmed they were welts and bruises and not bug bites. Sadly, I do not feel comfortable, leaving our daughter in their care anymore, as they had no idea what was going on with her. I fear I will never know if it was a staff member, another child, or unsafe facilities. I also learned many new things about this facility only after my concerns were brought to light, such as at the end of the day all ages of children are brought together, and the teachers couldn't explain how she got hurt which means they weren't watching her. I don't write this review to hurt them because tarnishes a reputation doesn't bring me joy, I write it to hopefully protect another child from injury.

They took 8 hours a day worth of subsidy money that I get for my child when he was only going 4 hours a week and still made us pay a copay. This place use to be good until they got new owners and now this place is a nightmare. They also keep all the kids in one class for a good part of the morning cause they don't have enough staff. So you have 2 year Olds with 4 and 5 year olds. I pray no body has to go through what we went through with my son. If they kept the childrem busy and not just sitting then maybe the children wouldnt get into things.
