It was my first time in Hawaii, and the first tour of my stay.. I selected the Manoa Falls tour, which was a very pretty spot. Our guide Damien was absolutely, and utterly awesome. On the way to Manoa Falls, he pointed out various restaurants and bars he thought we might enjoy at some point of our stay. Once arrived, it seemed his knowledge knew no bounds (flora, fauna, history, geography, you name it). All the while remaining humble, friendly, helpful, and plucking at his ukulele. He was equally helpful to another member of our tour, going up the sometimes very high steps on the trail. The company also made it easy to be picked up from a local hotel, even though I was staying at a friend's house. And the "lunch" was actually a set of samples, which offered variety. I have taken another tour with another company during my stay, and it was nowhere near as good at the tour offered by Nature and You, and guided by Damien. read more

This was a last minute activity for us on our last day in Hawaii. We had to check out at 10, but our flight wasn't till 8pm. We decided to fill the day with a guided hike. We found the "Nature and you" morning trip and booked it on a whim. We are SO GLAD we did. The hike was a perfect length through BEAUTIFUL rain forest that ended with a great view of the waterfall. We were even able to get a Dole Whip after the hike- such a great surprise. After the hike our guides grabbed our lunch and brought us to a picnic spot with an amazing view. The lunch a delicious (fresh make bread)! After we ate, we stopped at one more lookout spot with an incredible view of pearl harbor, Honolulu, Waikiki, and diamond head. It was a great way to say "Goodbye" to the island. If you can, request Jackson as your guide. He was great! read more

What a great group of people! we had a wonderful time and got so many great pictures. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to hawaiii! we were able to see 3 different types of dolphins on this excursion. Tons of fish and even some sea turtles. we had three small children who were made very comfortable and treated very will. I believe his name was Dan and he rode my two older girls around the whole afternoon. Thomas took some amazing photos and was super helpful with any questions we had on the way. I can't remember the captains name but she is awesome getting that boat all over like she does! i can't remember the rest of their names and I'm sorry for that but they were all amazing and made it very memorable read more

I was very happy with the nature experience. Manny and Susu were such great hosts taking us around the island and up the mountain. They made us all laugh so many times it was great entertainment. They also both made an amazing effort to get to know each person on the tour. At each stop they would be talking with each group/family one on one getting to know us all individually and remembered all our names and where we were from. I was impressed at their friendliness and welcoming attitude. I just wish there would have been something more informative about the plant life and culture on the mountain like what plant life was used by natives for what purposes etc. but truly it was an amazing time with great tour guides! read more

My husband and I love hiking, thus we could not go to Oahu for our honeymoon without taking at least one hike. We decided to take a tour, in order to get the most out of our experience and we are so glad that we chose this one! Susuma, our tour guide, was funny and informative throughout the experience. The hike itself was moderate. There were portions that got a bit slippery and steep, but manageable none the less. The forest was absolutely beautiful to walk through and it was worth it to climb down to the falls themselves, once we reached them. Lunch was elevated by eating with the view of Diamond Head. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Oahu! read more

I enjoyed it way more than I was expecting! Jackson and Matt were amazing tour guide and bus driver. I've never hiked in my life before this was a perfect beginner hike for any age but now has me excited to go explore more! The trail was very busy so I hope they start to offer a less busy trail for people who get excited and want to spend a little more file with nature! But, want to have some help getting there. This is the most delightful and enchanting activity that one must do when visiting Oahu. We had such trilling experience, our tour guide Jody was amazing, he had such a knowledge of the history and botany of the Manoa falls trail. Billy, my guide. What a beautiful human being who has passion for what he does. I enjoyed the hiking so much. Such a beautiful place, and he explained about plants and trees along with some Hawaiian culture. I would definitely do more tour with Billy And also the lunch they provide. My friends and I had a blast on our tour! Yumi was an amazing guide! She let us take our time, took pictures of us, even stopped to let us grab shaved ice at her favorite spot! Listen. The hike wasn't that bad. I saw people of all ages and athleticism make it to the waterfall and back. My tour guide Jackson was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the plant life and of some eateries to visit during the drive. He was super nice and very genuine. Book this tour!!! read more

The hike in the Moana rainforest was beautiful, a little difficult in some areas but well it. The rainforest provided spectacular views, much needed shade and cool breezes. Yugi was an excellent tour guide, sharing his knowledge of Hawaii and plant life as we walked along. read more

What a wonderful experience we had today with Laura, Faith and the crew on the boat. We saw a large pod of dolphins and we snorkeled along the reef. The weather was beautiful. I recommend going on the 7am tour to see more dolphins. read more
