The interaction felt unwelcoming and reminded me of why I stopped visiting in the first place. Protein House has great food and beverage options, which is why I wanted to give it another chance. However, great products should be matched with great hospitality. A simple greeting, smile, or acknowledgment can make a big difference in a guest's experience.
