A GNC-branded location has this displayed inside its store. Whether corporate approved it or not, GNC needs to answer for what is happening inside a business operating under its name. This isn't something I'm going to ignore. Corporate, the BBB, and the appropriate licensing authorities will be hearing about it. Businesses should be places where customers are treated with respect--not spaces where racism, bigotry, or hateful messaging is tolerated. I'm done supporting this location and GNC

They have a big menu, but the photo of the Southwest Bowl caught my eye. Southwest Bowl - First off, I love that they ask you how you want your steak cooked. The steak was so flavorful and the portion was generous. The bowl came with chopped tomatoes, black beans, cheese, rice, and avocados. It tasted so hearty only for 28g of fat! As someone that eats a lot, this meal filled me up. Solid meal with great macros. Overall, I'm definitely coming back! This restaurant allows me to eat out while staying on track with my macros during my bodybuilding prep. They also have low/high carb/fat meals so you have options (depending on your fitness goals). I'm excited to try out the rest of their menu!

Unfortunately, I had a similar experience. When I approached the register, the young lady working did not greet or acknowledge me, so I simply placed my usual beverage order. The interaction felt unwelcoming and reminded me of why I stopped visiting in the first place. Protein House has great food and beverage options, which is why I wanted to give it another chance. However, great products should be matched with great hospitality. A simple greeting, smile, or acknowledgment can make a big difference in a guest's experience. I hope the service improves because the menu itself gives customers plenty of reasons to come back. Sometimes it really is as simple as being friendly and making your guests feel welcome.
