I have known Kathy for about 4 years now. When I first went to her I had trouble digesting a lot of foods that I ate. After I saw her and went with her recommendations I can now honestly say that I am now able to eat all the foods I wasn't able to eat and more without having any more digestive issues. Now that all my digestive issues have been completely alleviated, I can start enjoying life again. I owe it all to you Kathy thank you! I have never met anyone as honest, knowledgeable and caring as Kathy. Before I go see anybody medical or medicinal or herbal practitioner I investigate them, I know how to investigate someone's background because it's what used to do for a living. When I investigated Kathy she came out with flying colors. I had recently last week, today being April 16th, on April 8th I was itching all over before I went to see Kathy. Up until my appointment where Kathy had used hydro therapy. Afterwords my itching completely stopped. I recommend Kathy to everybody I know. Everyone that I had recommended to Kathy had a lot of their symptoms completely alleviated after their appointment was through. Everybody had nothing but great things to say about Kathy and once you meet her you will see why they say she is caring honest and knowledgeable. Kathy is a scam artists. She may be able to help some, but with me she pushed multi level marketing products on me. She said everything on the marketing is a scam and doesn't work but her products through MLM distributors work and are the only ones that work. Kathy uses fear to push products and services. I was sick and worried about my health and she would push products by telling stories of how a another client refused then they later died. So of coarse i will want to use thay product and/or service. The breaking point was when she mysteriously ran diagnostics on me 2500 miles away through a "life machine". This is a machine that can run tests on entire body for every health problem there is and do it without even knowing where the person is? She then demanded I send her a check for $75 for the "diagnostics". When I refused to send her the money she started harassing me through text messages. Telling me if I don't listen to her and follow her orders I "would end up as a dead pile of earth" she is not a person you want to go to. She was upset that I didn't send the money after her rude and harassing text messages she then startedto harass my family members stating I didn't pay her the money she is owed! (I gave her almost $3000 cash in "treatments and diagnostics when I flew to her office). But I refuse to give her money for "running test" thousands miles away without knowing my location. Don't fall for this lady's scare tactics. Don't give your money to someone that only is after tour money and unconcerned about your health. read more

Kathy is an amazing gifted healer, friend, and partner in health. She is a gift to us. She has strong opinions, which are backed by research and personal experience, helping all who are lucky enough to find her (I'm hoping it's 1,000's). My sister was told that here kidneys functioned at 20% and soon would need dialysis; while also being told she had a pre-cancerous blood disorder, that needed chemo starting 2 years ago. Ive been going to the owner, Kathy, for nearly a decade and she has helped me with a lot of physical problems. I initially went for thyroid and issues with food and she gave me a lot of meal plans, tips and even herbs that completely evened out my thyroid. I have never heard of or been to a Total Essentials business. But apparently, even without my being present, they felt compelled to charge my debit card two separate charges without any acknowledgement from me and I only found out when I viewed my bank account. I have never heard of them, done business with them and certainly would never have authorized any charges for something I don't recognize. I have filed a complaint with my bank to charge back these two transactions to Total Essentials as scam transactions and fraud, and I will be contacting the better business bureau and the Consumer fraud department with the Attorney General's office in Idaho, as I live in Idaho. Read the other reviews and you will see that this is a regular business practice of theirs I guess. But I don't sit still for consumer fraud. Neither should anyone else. read more

Kathy has helped me greatly. I was skeptical about going to a "wholistic practitioner" so I didn't tell her what was wrong with me on my visit. I was hooked up to her LIFE system machine which she explained uses the body's natural frequencies to discover abnormalities in the body and works to correct those abnormalities. The treatment lasted about an hour and throughout Kathy would let me know what the LIFE system was finding. Everything she said was spot on and I have felt great ever since my treatment. I decided to go back for another visit to do her foot bath which is supposed to pull toxins out of the body.
