I love that it is a low pressure environment, but still offering many options to add complexity if we choose. It allows us to set our own pace and be as rigid or lax in our training as we choose, or to give our pup extra challenges. We have a dog that needs to be constantly challenged, so we have done a combination of behavior classes and "fun" classes (agility/tricks) and all have been great experiences. If we say it's "time for school" our dog perks up and sprints for the door, so she clearly loves her time there!

They offered to reschedule us or I could wait in the lobby while they did their exams in the back since "our" exam room was needed. I opted to stay and wait. The dr herself and all of the staff apologized to me profusely for the disruptions even though they really didn't need to. These things happen and I never would have known there was a crisis if no one told me. It was that well handled. They also offered a discount on our visit because of it, which again was above and beyond. The care plan for my dog is reasonable and was well explained to me. I was also given alternatives if I did not agree. Very happy this is the vet closest to my house.

We arrived at 3:18 p.m., but the staff refused to see our dog. The staff's tone felt uncaring, and the manager (Jessica) was unavailable when I asked to speak with her. Our original appointment for 9:00 a.m. the next day had been canceled by the staff, but fortunately we were able to get it back. I'm sharing this so others know about their late-arrival policy and how it's applied.

I guess this wasn't enough for her because she insisted that I tell her exactly what I wanted and saying cleaned up means "nothing to her". Every groomer I've used in the past helps me figure out the best cut, but she was not interested in helping me out at all. Sorry I'm not in the industry and don't know exactly what to ask for. I just felt like such a bother to her. He did end up looking great and it only took them about an hour but I am just too disappointed with how I was treated to go back.

Heather was adamant, and so I respected her judgment, so when my beautiful old border collie was snapping at her and she didn't feel safe, I respected that. To this day, my beautifu,l cranky oldl boy was in my arms. Heather helped me to see that he needed my love instead of my help. He died only a few months later, but lived in comfort and without pain. Heather was right. I still bring my little pup to her, and this special dog-of-my-heart gets a beautiful bath and haircut, and peaceful nail trimming. She LOVES Pet Spa. She's so great at addressing each dog's needs both in daycare and boarding but even more so in training..We had a cranky senior Dachshund we never thought would be able to interact with other dogs or people, who eventually was able to go to daycare and even board during vacations. We currently have two Xolos, Mexican hairless dogs, who have both been with Michelle since they arrived. The older going through puppy classes and when she was older, she did a 2 week board and train with great results. Our younger pup, is on a year training plan, even getting the special experience of a training trip to California where he was exposed to so many new experiences helping him grow into a confident young man. Xolos are a special breed but not the easiest.With Michelle's guidance for both the pups and us, we're all working together to enjoy our life together to the fullest. As explained I have significant cognitive issues. I felt rushed to sign the contract as I was assured they did this type of training, while giving a large down payment. Later after looking over the contract thoroughly and having someone look it over for me, the contract was very concerning as there were no guarantees of any type of training and "service training" was no where to be found. I messaged Ethan the day after our "complimentary eval." and signing the contract stating I was concerned with the contract texts continued back and forth for the next few days where as I stated multiple times I wanted to cancel and to refund my down payment as services at not been rendered yet. He refused, stating I signed a contract and can not get out of it. No refunds. Training has already started. Even though no training has started and was not scheduled to start for a week after signing. I would personally think, especially given the circumstances, that the integrity of their business would be more important than this. I am now having to contact the Atty. General's office, the BBB as well as the ADA for assistance. I am on a very limited income and I still need to have my fur baby trained to be my service animal. My belief is that they were hoping this would be too much stress for me, overwhelming me (as I explained happens), therefore, I would simply not move forward as I specifically stated I would. I have however, given them ample time to do the right thing.
