During the adoption process we found out that Susie was around 1 year old and found as a stray with her kittens. She was almost dead from lack of food, but was continuing to nurse her kittens regardless of her own health. Once her kittens and her were returned to full health she was spayed, but her body reacted badly procedure and once again she almost died. The shelter kept giving her continuos care and once again returned her to full health, and that is when we found her. I cannot thank this shelter enough for caring to help her through her tough young life and not giving up and euthanizing her. She is a great cat and I am so happy to have supported such a great shelter! Give this shelter a look if you're looking to adopt!

The first time I tried to use them, I contacted two boarders and they said they have too many dogs to help me. 100% rejection rate on my first time. Yesterday was my second tries, so I figured if I don't contact enough boarders, my chances are slim so I contacted 9 boarders this time. Guess what percentage already give me the rejection? 78% said they are not able to help. Why am I wasting my time with them? I might as well take my dog to a kennel and not wasting precious time.

We had our dog sitter steal our house keys and dis-activate her account and Rover's Support Team told us they cannot be held liable for her theft, but we'd have to pursue her privately via local law enforcement. This is an exceptionally odd and irresponsible response when Rover markets themselves as covering you if anything goes wrong. If in need of a dog sitter, definitely look elsewhere.
