They also are very generous in the giving of their time. I brought in 3 water samples to compare two tanks and my straight from the tap water. This can be a time consuming process, but they took the time to help me right away and helped me compare the samples, discussing the set ups and variables. The prices are higher than big chain stores, but lower than some of the other specialty shops I frequent. I would say the extra cost is worth the higher quality.
