The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! I would recommend them fully and am confident they will get these last two minor items the next time they come work at our home.

It took three days for the Field Manager to follow up to my complaint and then I was offered only an apology. No offer of compensation or discount for that days services. I contacted the owner and requested that the fee for that day be waived. The owner admitted fault and said she did believe her new employee caused the damage, but would only give us a 50% discount. When I expressed that it was unacceptable she then backtracked and asserted that her team could not have caused the damage. She has also since brought issue with it taking a few days to contact her regarding the damage (although we were never provided paperwork or signed anything stating that damages needed to be reported in 24 hours). My in-laws were in town so my husband and I could go away without children for our 10 year anniversary. So I'm sure anyone can understand why we contacted her when we returned. We have timestamped pictures of the damage on the day of service. I would not use Pro Max Clean. They are not the "Pros" they claim to be. How a business handles conflict speaks volumes and they have handled this horribly. I could have and probably should have requested their insurance information to file a claim.
