They did an excellent job - - - top-notch, nothing undone, no stone unturned. They have totally blessed me, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am so much more confident now to host people in my home, knowing it is so clean. Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. Other than that-the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and everything in-between were pristine! It is nice not to have to tell a team what needs to be done-they just do it! They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

I'm currently nine months pregnant and hired this company specifically because I needed my home thoroughly deep cleaned and wanted to take some of that stress off myself. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not thorough, and there were several areas that were still dirty or had not been properly cleaned. The oven was also supposed to be cleaned after we discussed it beforehand, but it was not. I did not receive the $35 back for the oven cleaning that was not completed. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service afterward. I reached out about my concerns and asked to speak with someone in management, but no one ever followed up with me to resolve the issue. It's extremely frustrating to spend $200 on a service that was supposed to make things easier for me, only to be left disappointed and feeling like I still need to clean things myself -- especially being nine months pregnant. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and I would not use their services again.
