I was on holiday seeing my family in TX, they were amazing w communication and were able to clean when I was out of town AND sent me before and after pictures. I am amazed! Other than that-the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and everything in-between were pristine! It is nice not to have to tell a team what needs to be done-they just do it! They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! I would recommend them fully and am confident they will get these last two minor items the next time they come work at our home.

It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

So, I will be adding to this review after the job is actually done ;)…read moreHowever, so far Chris is amazing! Very good communicator. Listened to all my concerns and that I am a "texter". We just purchased a second home in NC. We live in AZ and so most of this has been done long distance which makes his good communication all the more vital! We had the entire wood floor sanded down and re-stained etc. Which left sawdust EVERY WHERE! We needed the house thoroughly "Wiped" down so that the painter can now come in and do his job without sealing saw dust permanently on our walls etc.! Chris came to the house and did a walk through. He gave me enough confidence to leave him with a key and allow him and his crew to go into my empty home with BRAND NEW wood flooring. He assured me they would take the utmost care to not scratch or ding anything. I totally believe him :) This is a small business which I totally respect and want to encourage the "American Dream". I hope that anyone reading this will at least give him the opportunity to bid your cleaning project!

But what really seals the deal is how they go above & beyond, definitely with the deep cleaning service, but even with the regular cleaning too. I have a young baby at home and didn't have the house prepped for this months cleaning (e.g. items on the floor, dishes in the sink, etc.) but the team still was able to both straighten up for me and do a thorough regular cleaning all in just under an hour. Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished.

I highly recommend Dianne to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking cleaner.
