I asked if she knew anyone who offered Ashi in San Jose, and without any hesitation she highly encouraged me to reach out to Rung. I had the most fantastic 90-minute Ashiatsu massage from Rung at Thai west Massage. She is small yet mighty! I prefer deep pressure, and she applied the perfect amount where it felt comfortable and still strong enough for me to feel something. Rung was very attentive to my needs for the day and provided a well-rounded full body massage. I was deeply relaxed at the end of the session, and I also had a better range of mobility in my neck and shoulders. I'm so happy that I was able to find a massage therapist that offered Ashi to my standards. I look forward to coming back and having Rung as my primary massage therapist here on out.

Tanya is incredible! She improved my range of motion, and the results have stuck!…read more My body was a mess from my desk job. Hip pain, tightness, mobility issues. Tanya focused on my legs which seemed odd, but said that's how to release the rest of my body. It hurt (deep pressure) but my god it WORKED. Each appointment removed an area of soreness/tightness. I no longer felt my body gripping when I move in certain ways - my body now feels fluid. I think my range of motion improved?? Also the results stick! I space appointments out a few weeks, and the tension doesn't return in between appointments!! (In past massages, the release only lasts a few days.) Highly recommend Tanya. Trust her process. P.S. Her studio is in Salons by JC. The front door is sometimes locked so you have to text her to buzz you in (her cell phone is on the website).

I had never experienced a Thai massage before this, but this was by far the most therapeutic massage session I have ever had. She was able to reduce pain and tension that I have felt in my body for years, and I absolutely cannot wait to go back. I am going to try the Thai therapeutic massage to see which I prefer, but I appreciated that the deep tissue was a full body experience. One thing is for sure, I don't see myself ever booking less than the full two hours because I want to give Tanya plenty of time to work her magic. The care and effort that she puts into her work is undeniable, this is someone who is deeply passionate about healing her clients and I am so happy to have discovered her.

She has a rare gift -- her hands are incredibly skilled and intuitive, finding exactly where the body holds tension and knowing how to release it. I have scoliosis and long-term tightness, and she immediately understood what was happening. She explained each step, released fascia with precision, and even gave me simple at-home tips to keep the progress going. It was true therapeutic bodywork -- yet I left so relaxed I fell asleep as soon as I got home. Professional, kind, and highly experienced, Natassia is a rare find. Book her now before her schedule fills -- I've already booked two months out and have been telling all my friends about her.

I highly recommend Natassia to anyone looking for a truly attentive and skillful massage therapist. I can't wait to schedule another session the next time I'm in town!

Wow! I've been getting regular massages for about 10 years now, with a variety of well trained,…read morecertified masseuses. All have their own styles but there is something fundamentally lacking - they all typically take a one size fits all approach - working from the back down to the legs, then front for a bit and then wrap up. This is even with masseuses I've used many times - I'm guessing the massage establishments just train them that way. However, Karalyn combines massage with PT, really working problem areas and going hard at it. The result - you get the therapeutic benefits of the massage and the science of PT, which drives rapid recovery where you really need it. As only a rare and excellent massage can deliver, I ended light-headed and felt like jelly. As only great PT can deliver, I felt lighter on my feet afterwards with a cleaner posture and wider range of motion (and less pain and injury risk). All this from the convenience of home. Thank you Karalyn!

My whole being was neglected by self love. I can feel the heaviness of suppressing myself. I usually go to places to get a massage, but I cannot leave my situation, and since covid, the thought of being around so many people at once is negative. I found Karalyn on Yelp! I knew I wanted someone like-minded, mobile, well-rounded, and spiritual. When I saw Karalyn's pictures of her travels and the Esalan pic, PLUS the beautiful reviews. I knew I had found my HEALER. *Karaylyn* You accommodated me and made me feel safe. You were professional and respected my privacy and home. You are a great listener and know how to balance our conversation. You knew when it was time to let me rest as I fell asleep intermittently. Your hands are strong and amazing; you helped me jump-start the healing process I neglected. I am forever GRATEFUL! I am still feeling the effects of your visit. This may be TMI, but I want to let the folks know this is proof of how much of a healer you are. I started drinking water as soon as you left. Your healing hands hit all the pressure points needed to move my bowels and help relax my nerves. This was such a relief and I felt lighter and more relaxed than I have in a while. I am pleased that I chose you to assist me through my healing and looking forward to my next session with you. May you have many more blessings this lifetime gives you and so the next. Love, MAT.
