They revamped their whole salon, and it looks amazing! I only usually go for the pedicure but it is priced at $20 and they always do an amazing job. They use, well it looks like a cheese grater for the callus scraper and my only request of the business it to use a different way to remove the callus because i feel like my feet is a block of cheese. read more

I called for a toe nail polish removal they told me to come in it was empty. The older woman took me and was rushing she burned my small toe with the drill. She did an ok job. By far the worst manicure I've ever gotten in my life. I'm not wanting to get manicures very often, but this was the same day as my bridal shower and I wanted to do something special for myself. Once I told them that I wasn't interested in getting gel, he quickly got annoyed smeared nail polish all over my nails, it was uneven, and started to bubble. He then rushed a top coat that didn't even cover my entire nail. Then I noticed that the nail polish was extremely thin, and I needed another coat. When I went back to ask him if he could apply another coat, he did so in a rushed and rude manner. Will never go back. This is a photo taken the same day after getting my nails done. Today was my first time trying this salon. They're service was good and I was taken right away. I did full set, regular pedicure, and eyebrows. The guy who did my nails was fast but efficient which I appreciated since I'm a new mom and don't have hours to spend in a salon. My favorite part was the pedicure since I can use the massage chair and I enjoyed the scrub they used along with the massage and hot towel on my feet (I almost fell asleep!) the best thing about this place is the variety of colors they have too. They do have the mood changing ones as well as Tiger's eye colors. I went with a glistening dark purple for fall. Called in because I didn't see the hours on here. They told me they closed at 8:30 on a Wednesday and that they'd do my nails if I came in before then. So that's nice! Came in and they were a little busy but it only took 5 minutes to get a chair. Told the man doing my nails that I wanted acrylic coffin nails with some designs - whatever he wanted. It was mostly a great experience. My only complaints were that my nail aesthetician coughed on me a couple times without a mask on, the index finger on my Right hand is a little crooked, I wished they were more drastically coffin shaped, and the acrylic doesn't go flesh with my cuticles (he did not remove my cuticles). As these are only minor things, I gave 4 stars. So if you're just itchin to get your nails done a little late during the week, this is your place. read more

Today was my first time visiting Natural Nails. I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I did not have an appointment but they accept walk-ins. I was taken by a gentleman named Henry (who jokingly told me his name was "Handsome") He whipped my feet into shape in no time flat. Gave me a good scrub, rub and painted all within a half hour. He even serenaded me a little bit while doing so, lol. The rest of the staff who I interacted with were all friendly as well. I would highly recommend this nail salon. They take both cash and credit. One star is too much for what they do. This is the worst place I've ever been. The ugliest nails I've had. First of all my nails are too wide and thick, they don't look natural. I asked for a french tip and the line was too wide so I asked to remove it and just leave one color. I didn't like it at all and as you can see on the pictures, he left a mess in my hands, acrylic and nail polish all over my fingers. And they charged me $35. NEVER GOING BACK. I have been going here for years. Always love my nails done by Lyn. The salon can get busy so it's always good to call ahead for an appointment (which you can get pretty easily). I was just in there. I called they said I can come in. When I got there it was completely empty so they attended me. Once I got to the chair to get my pedicure done the chair was so inclined I was uncomfortable. I asked if I can move and he looked at me like I was asking for too much. I moved about 25 minutes away from this place, which I have been using FOR YEARS. Tried at least 5 different nail places near me, and hands down :) this IS the best nail place in the area. Their prices are better than any other establishment, and as another reviewer said, they are so worth the drive. It does get a little crazy on the weekends, so I try to get mine done during the week. Monday to Thursday I have never had to wait, and they are fast. They are also very meticulous about their work and always double check my job before I leave for those oopsie smudges we ladies sometimes do just as we're leaving. read more

The woman who did my mani/pedi was rough and not at all relaxing. In fact, I am surprised she didn't really hurt me considering she was ON THE PHONE the entire time. I got out of there as soon as I could. Do NOT go here. Please, you are worth more than this. I walk in as a first time customer here and ask for a new set of acrylics. I sit down and from the moment I sat down the nail tech kept making fun of my hands. I have been getting my nails done since 8th grade and am now 21 and NEVER did a nail tech comment about my sweaty palms. I'm done with this salon. Last time I had a pedi appointment with my regular girl and she clearly had a walk-in come for a mani/pedi before me. She'd just finished the pedi and walked her client over to her table and told me she'd be "just a few minutes" for an acrylic manicure. Um, really? She should have left that client to do my pedi b/c I had an appointment. I got someone else to do my pedi. Today I couldn't make an appointment for a mani/pedi in advance. I was assigned an older man whose hands shook slightly. My pedi was fine but my mani was atrocious. First off, he could not understand English - I told him twice that I needed change of a $10 and he proceeded to thanked me for a $10 tip (because I paid after the pedi so I wouldn't have to handle money with wet nails). 1 - Bad file job, he used the cuticle nippers to cut some of my nails when I wanted him to file them. 2 - I had to tell him he didn't cover my entire nail bed with the base coat. 3 - The polish was "rippled" (I don't know how else to explain it) on 8 of the 10 nails. He dropped hardened top coat onto my nail from the neck of their polish, used the nippers to remove it, then attempted to use polish to cover the hole that went to my nail bed. Are you kidding? I told the manicurist on the next station to tell him to remove the polish from that nail and start it over. He did base coat and 1 coat of polish, the put top coat on. At that point I was DONE. Told them I'm never going back. I came home to take the polish off. I'll do them myself going forward. read more

I have been to this salon 3 times and have now learned it is very hit or miss, depending on who does your nails. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the techs. I was very happy the first time I went. I didn't have to wait very long, great color selection and nails and toes looked great. I went back yesterday and am very disappointed with my gel manicure. When I got into the sunlight and looked at my nails they were a complete mess. I had clear nail polish all over the place and my cuticles looked like they were barely cleaned up. I went back in to have them fixed and they still were unacceptable in my eyes. Today I was able to push down my cuticles as if I hadn't had a manicure. Will not be returning. read more

I went here for the first time today. I got a pedicure and needed to soak off my solar acrylics before getting a gel manicure. The salon was busy, but my technician didn't rush any of my services. The pedicure was one of the best I've had especially given that I was balancing a basket with the bowl of acetone on my lap. After my pedicure I was moved over to her station. The manicure was on par and my nails looked great when she was finished. Would definitely go here again. read more

This place is complete trash. I've been getting my nails done for 6 years and this place by far is the absolute worst, service is trash if you tell them to fix something they completely disregard it. I've told them the same thing multiple times to fix and they disregarded what I had To say, they over price if they think they can get away with it, they do a terrible job and they don't care. I paid $75 for a regular pedi and acrylics when I usually pay $55 and my nails look terrible. TERRIBLE. Wouldn't come back even if it's the last option.
