Don't go to Natural Nails in the Winn Dixie / Lowe's Shopping Center. They have 2 nail tech there that are nasty but they do good nails. There are plenty of nail places around to choose from but this was unbelievable. Yesterday I made an appointment with the owner and this morning when I went to my appointment I was asked to leave by the owner that they don't want to have me as a customer. She wasted my time this morning by coming to the appointment l have never been so embarrassed since one of the technicians put me in time out for being late. Unbelievable!!! Natural Nails Salon has lost a good customer who tips well. They have 2 nail technicians who are nasty I have kept it to myself and did put a bad yelp review. I have given them 5 stars since they opened however 18 days ago I had a bad experience with Tao a nasty man. I asked for his advise on color and shape and he told me if everyone comes with the same questions and not even knowing if they want nails cut he would be with one person all day. I shut my mouth had my manicure and left but yes I put a bad review on Yelp. Why make an appointment because they have more than 1 Joy. When I made the appointment yesterday I told them to give me anyone not like 18 days ago when I asked for Tao. If you want to get in and get out and have a pleasant experience do NOT go to Natural Nails. There are plenty of nail places out there. I am so disappointed in this one. I wish I remembered all their names but my regular girl has been Paula and since my mom always books with Erika the owner. They're both fantastic. Kind, they have attention to detail, efficient. I feel so thankful for finding this salon. When I called, they actually took the time to listen to me about the issues I was having with my nails after going to a "chain" salon for the past 6 months. My nails were in terrible shape and getting worse after each visit. Well, Natural Nails decided on an appointment with the ownder, Erika. I cannot say enough about the service and end result that I received. A plan was in place to help my nails get better and my manicure was complete perfection. The time and care that Erika took with my nails was beyond amazing! Not only did they look great, but lasted looking great for a good 3 weeks. So, I live really close to this plaza. I originally got my nails done from them the first time about 9 years ago in 2011. I didn't love the work but knew 2 of the ladies the owner & an employee (because our sons went to school together and another was my neighbor). Well I went maybe twice in 2011. Never returned. Fast forward to 2020. I really needed my nails done and stopped in and seen same team of ladies but so many years had gone by with me moving away the owner didn't remember me but my old neighbor did. Anyhow. I get a pedicure and request to have my acrylic nails soaked off and a new overlay applied. The pedicure came out good. However my nails not so much. The owner did my overlay I got a French manicure style and left. I was dissatisfied with the work (the paint job, shaping and overall look) and see nothing has changed since originally going to them. A day later my middle finger nail starts cracking then the others follow. I go back have them soak off again and reapplied. At no financial charge, however, I was there over an hour. Also, same evening my nails are cracking again. This is unacceptable. Now I have to find somewhere else pay out of pocket AGAIN and I'm not too happy. I wouldn't even go back to them EVER again, nor would I ask them to fix these cracking nails. read more

However, if you want reasonably priced - fast/friendly service (and not to mention a job well done), then you should consider Shiny Nail Spa. It's extremely close to my house so I figured I'd try them out and am glad I did. Rating them a 4 overall, as the massage chair I was in had some issues and turned off during my pedicure, but no big deal as she made up for it during my foot/leg massage. read more

The girls here always do a great job. My pedicures last at least 3 weeks. Shiny Nail is an affordable, friendly, family run business. The owner does nails alongside the employees -it feels like one big happy family. The salon is not fancy, but it is clean and has comfortable massage chairs for pedicures. The location is convenient, it is right by the new Winn Dixie on State road 84. I give 5 stars because I have been going for several years, always have friendly service and a great mani/pedi.
