Would not recommend. Would give zero starts. My nails are not even and are crooked. I sat for over a hour. And the man who was doing my nails would file into the skin in the side of the nail. After two days the polish is starting to chip off. Not worth over $100 I spent. read more

I got a pedicure. They were quick on getting me in the chair. The Quality was great, I loved how precise they were on the shaping. The vibe is more of a quiet one, which I didn't mind. They meant business and that's not a bad thing. They seem to have regulars who are excited to see them which is a good thing. I would go again. read more

Just want to warn the citizens of Patterson. DO NOT EVER GO TO NATURAL NAILS for your mani/pedi/lashes/etc. I was just there. Went in and told them I needed my acrylic nails removed. I sat waiting for 10 minutes. Ended up having to leave to pick up my son. I told the front nail tech I will be back. As I was walking out the door I hear her saying in Vietnamese "yeah, go lady. Come in here for nail removal. Waste." I came back after picking up my son and cussed then out in their own language. Telling them it's rude to be talking smack when a customer understands your f$*% language. Needless to say, please don't ever come here for your needs. Bring your business elsewhere. And if you go here, then don't bother tipping. They talk crap about you even when you are in the store. If only we had an option for zero stars. This place sucks. Stay away! read more

Would give negative stars if I could. While I was waiting for a nail tech for dip removal, I was about to get up and leave to buy acetone and do it myself at home because it was taking too long. I wish I did!! Nail tech, I believe her name was Kim, ruined my nails. Just needed a dip removal which just requires an acetone soak. She RIPPED them off with a fake nail. I had long, healthy nails and left with weak and severely damaged nails. I had to go home and cut them because one nail was splitting into my nail bed. I've never cried over nails before but I did because they are SO UGLY and it's my birthday :( can't believe I paid $20 for this. read more

Don't bother. Terrible customer service. I only went because I liked Kim's work but her customer service is terrible. Doing three things at once - nails, waxing and taking payments. Always running late or double books herself during appointments. Last straw was her not being there during scheduled time. read more

Very confused about this place's low rating. Story time: this is the first time I've tried this place as their reviews always kept me away. Well, thanks to COVID, they're the only place open in town. I have a weekend getaway planned and was not about to go with grown-out nails. I called to see how things work and they told me to come in at 6pm. 6pm rolls around and they were pretty busy, of course, so they took me at 6:30pm. No big deal. Kim was awesome. She shaped my nails perfectly and made sure I loved the color. She took her time and did a great job. I recommend you go and make up your own mind. read more

Drove 2 hours to have my pedicure gel peel off within 3 hours. Will not be coming here again.

Management is touchy rude and nasty. Manicurist OK though. Supervisor convinced me to get gel polish. Ruined my nails. Nails broke and chipped. Had to cut them all off read more

The nail tech cut my cuticles three times!!! Twisted my hands into terribly uncomfortable positions. Marginal job

The lady that helped me was really sweet but after one week, this is what I have with shilac. I don't know if maybe they water it down or just use really cheap products. read more

The place is ok the smaller side which is ok. The service wasn't bad I just wasn't a fan of the pedicure. I felt like it was...mediocre for the 40$ they are charging. I got the callus remover pedicure because I'm in boots all day every day but I feel like my heel were barely brushed. The color selection for gel is pretty small compared to other shops but still alright. The color I picked was nice but I think the bottle needs to be replaced. It kinda went on a little "lumpy" and uneven tool 4 coats of color as a result my toes look blocky. I didn't want to have her restart so I'll likely just go to a nail salons tomorrow before my flight. Overall it's nice and the proper are sweet. read more

Don't waste your money on the callus treatment. They don't do anything but place a cream for 3 secs cover it with a plastic and then take it off. No massage for your deluxe treatment. Just get the basic one, also they cleaned the tools with the water of the bowl. read more

The service was okay because the staff were not communicate with me well. During my appts, the prices went up and up than I expected to pay for six months. A manicurist was a good hard work on my nails, but she always told me to give her the different prices than I expected to pay. read more

I don't usually go to this nail salon but I needed to have my acrylics removed. Kim helped me and she was so rude, she started by ripping the acrylic off my nail. I told her 4 times that she's hurting me, she seemed irritated with my tone. The place was so dirty, boxes and bags sitting every where. I hope I don't get a nail fungus from this place. Terrible service & super dirty it looks like they haven't cleaned that place in months!

Came here for regular nail polish got attended by a guy that was extremely rude he wanted me to pay him upfront because he said that I was going to "mess up my nails" I was shocked and I didn't reply for a second and then he said if I understood English he did my nails really streaky. I asked one lady if she could redo the clear because it was not all the way on the sides of the nails and she end up putting matte, so I asked another lady if she can put on clear and she did. would not recommend this place to anybody terrible service. read more

My friend and I were looking to get pedicures and noticed this was the only place that open in Patterson. Regardless of the bad reviews we saw, we decided to anyways. When we got there we were acknowledged right away, which I liked. Then one of the lady's said it may be a 10-15 minutes wait. Once that same lady we had spoken with was done, my friend went over to get her pedicure. Soon, I was getting my pedicure don't by an older women that was very nice. While my friend and I were talking, my friend said "Ouch!" . She then asked the nail technician if she had cut her? The nail technician said "no, no, no" , brushing it off as if nothing happened and continued scrubbing her feet. I could tell my friend was in pain the rest of the time. Once my friend was getting her last coat done, she asked the lady if she could put alcohol under her toe were she in FACT HAD CUT HER. The lady did not seem to care and almost look annoyed that my friend had asked for her to put alcohol not the wound. My pedicure on the other hand was poorly done. As I mentioned, the older lady was nice but didn't do a great job. When she was applying the gel nail polish, she didn't let the paint dry or set enough. She wouldn't even let the machine finish drying it out before asking me to take out. Then instead of using nail polisher remover to get rid of any excess nail polish, she used the little buffer machine to clean it up? Which was very uncomfortable. One she was done, I look down and saw so many air bubbles and noticeable streaks. For a $45 pedicure, I would've preferred to drive an hour away just to get a MUCH BETTER JOB done! NEVER AGAIN. read more

I came in first and the lady took the lady behind me and she had two daughters that were both getting acrylics I only wanted gel polish and I waited at least an hour then she took another hour to do simple gel nails the place is dirty and gross she also hurt my finger and then she charged me $20 dollars no receipt nothing the lady didn't even know what I was saying I have never paid $20 for a manicure I'm so mad at this place read more

This is my second visit here and they get the job done. My favorite is probably the deluxe with the massage and callus removing treatment. I walked out of there with soft hands and feet. This particular visit, I only got a manicure. I noticed that the nail polish was sort of blotchy and the almond shape I wanted was too sharp. I just filed them down at home and it's fine now ( the picture here is after Ive already filed at home.) As you can see there's glue residue around my fingers, not all but some fingers. Dust and hair kept on landing on my nails and I had to mention it to the person doing my nails, she didn't really saw until I pointed it out. She was nice to fix it for me which I really appreciated. Overall the service was great and I will continue to get my nails done here. read more

This is the worst place ever! The lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job! She cut my fat toe all the way down and then attempted to paint over it! ‍why? I told her it looked ugly! She said it was my toe! I was trying to understand how I came in with a full toenail and left with barely any toe nail? They insisted it was my fault! Paid and left! Not coming here again! I left feeling really sad! I am in the customer service world and I would never treat my customer like this! read more

I wish I could give them zero stars the worst customer service I have ever experienced the woman Kim is beyond rude speaks to everyone like she's mad or everything is your fault. The salon is a complete mess so dirty. I should have walked out as soon as I sat down. The girls getting services done sitting next to me even asked why she was so mad. When leaving she yelled at me and I reminded her she works in customer service and might want to work on the way she speaks to people. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would, talk about horrible service, not only is the owner Kim rude to customers she treats her staff horribly too. I asked for a specific look, very simple basic red nails with my ring finger a white sparkle and for my middle finger I wanted a snowflake for Christmas, I showed the picture of my nails that I had last Christmas to the lady and she said Okay yes, after talking to Kim from across the room in their language Kim the owner came over to tell me I needed acrylic that my nails were too Thin, and literally said "do like that" I had no clue what that meant. I don't want acrylic because that always makes my nails feel horrible I told her that and I don't want the drill, she said only 10 dollar more, I said no thank you I just want this and showed her the picture and she said okay and went back to her client, they continued to talk to eachother practically the whole time she prepped my nails. I already felt like I had Irritated her by not doing what she wanted. To make a long story short the nail tech did nothing that I wanted, I left very unsatisfied and while I was paying stated that she didn't do anything I had asked right in from of Kim she didn't say one word and just ignored me. I won't go back and I won't ever recommend anyone to that sweat shop ever. Siyanara read more

This is my second time in this nail shop and it will definitely be my last! First time I was there, it took 2-1/2 hours for a pedicure after I sat in the chair! This time I went in for a manicure. It was the worst manicure I've ever had and I've been getting manicures for 35 years!! The only reason why I ended up there is because every other place in town was too busy. There was only one other customer there when I arrived (which should have been a clue). The woman who did my nails was slow and sloppy. None of my nails are the same length, and the paint job is full of pooled nail polish on the ends of my nails. She barely rinsed the bowl she used to soak my nails in after she was done which made me question how sanitary it was when I used it. I had to tell her to clean under my nails!!I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else but here! read more

It sucks to live in a small town where you're limited with options. Therefore owner takes advantage of her customers. I have video of her watering down her gel polish. Not only is the polish a waste but the girls file down your nails to the point where your finger tips and toes are so sensitive to hot or cold water. For your sake don't waste your money here; travel to Turlock or go to Pro Nails & Spa!! read more

I gave one star because the lady who shaped them did a great job then she left and another lady did the gel she completly ruined the whole shape they were cofin and then the gel she layered on ruined it. This review is for eyebrow wax . I don't recommend their services for eyebrow because of their inept work . No sense of urgency I walk in and ask for them to fix two nails that I broke..the lady is confused don't know why just two plain black gel nails. They finish with the one person that's in there. Five people walking around and the confused one calls me over and I sit and watch her while she's adjusts her tips she gets confused again because I tell her that she has to take the broken nail off because she can't just put another one on top of a broken one. . she tells me the guy will do them so go sit there. He does a normal job and asks for eight dollars way too over priced but at first they've asked for five dollars. I pay it and leave but clearly there's a reason this place has only two stars and was completely dead. read more

I asked for French ombré nails and this is what they gave me. As soon as more people started walking in he staarted rushing and ended up cutting my skin and making me bleed 2 times. Sat through a pedicure I could've done myself at home. Was in and out the door in 30 minutes - only came here because I was visiting family in the area and wanted to take my sister out for a girls day. Unfortunately I saw as they sponged down the soak tubs with zero disinfectant as they were done with other clients, this happened 3 times!!!!. This is a lawsuit or a fungal infection waiting to happen. This nail salon has very poor service. The people who worked there were very rude to customers and did not know how to communicate the wait time. For example, they would tell people the wait is 10 minutes and then customers would wait 20+ minutes to be seated. Many people walked out. In addition, their manicures were very poor quality. The next day I had 5 chips in my nail polish. To clarify, I was not doing anything strenuous with my hands that would make the nail polish chip. I also got a pedicure. They did not CLEAN the tub where my feet were at when the next customer sat down. This seems very unsanitary. Also the whole store could use a good deep cleaning because it felt and looked grimy. You're probably wondering why I didn't get up and walk out, but I had a gift certificate that was about to expire. read more
