I sat waiting for 10 minutes. Ended up having to leave to pick up my son. I told the front nail tech I will be back. As I was walking out the door I hear her saying in Vietnamese "yeah, go lady. Come in here for nail removal. Waste." I came back after picking up my son and cussed then out in their own language. Would give negative stars if I could. While I was waiting for a nail tech for dip removal, I was about to get up and leave to buy acetone and do it myself at home because it was taking too long. I wish I did!! Nail tech, I believe her name was Kim, ruined my nails. Just needed a dip removal which just requires an acetone soak. She RIPPED them off with a fake nail. I had long, healthy nails and left with weak and severely damaged nails. I had to go home and cut them because one nail was splitting into my nail bed. Very confused about this place's low rating. Story time: this is the first time I've tried this place as their reviews always kept me away. Well, thanks to COVID, they're the only place open in town. I have a weekend getaway planned and was not about to go with grown-out nails. I called to see how things work and they told me to come in at 6pm. 6pm rolls around and they were pretty busy, of course, so they took me at 6:30pm. No big deal. Kim was awesome. I got the callus remover pedicure because I'm in boots all day every day but I feel like my heel were barely brushed. The color selection for gel is pretty small compared to other shops but still alright. The color I picked was nice but I think the bottle needs to be replaced. It kinda went on a little "lumpy" and uneven tool 4 coats of color as a result my toes look blocky. Don't waste your money on the callus treatment. They don't do anything but place a cream for 3 secs cover it with a plastic and then take it off. No massage for your deluxe treatment. Just get the basic one, also they cleaned the tools with the water of the bowl. read more

My friend and I were looking to get pedicures and noticed this was the only place that open in Patterson. Regardless of the bad reviews we saw, we decided to anyways. When we got there we were acknowledged right away, which I liked. Then one of the lady's said it may be a 10-15 minutes wait. Once that same lady we had spoken with was done, my friend went over to get her pedicure. Soon, I was getting my pedicure don't by an older women that was very nice. While my friend and I were talking, my friend said "Ouch!" . She then asked the nail technician if she had cut her? The nail technician said "no, no, no" , brushing it off as if nothing happened and continued scrubbing her feet. I could tell my friend was in pain the rest of the time. Once my friend was getting her last coat done, she asked the lady if she could put alcohol under her toe were she in FACT HAD CUT HER. The lady did not seem to care and almost look annoyed that my friend had asked for her to put alcohol not the wound. My pedicure on the other hand was poorly done. As I mentioned, the older lady was nice but didn't do a great job. When she was applying the gel nail polish, she didn't let the paint dry or set enough. She wouldn't even let the machine finish drying it out before asking me to take out. Then instead of using nail polisher remover to get rid of any excess nail polish, she used the little buffer machine to clean it up? Which was very uncomfortable. One she was done, I look down and saw so many air bubbles and noticeable streaks. For a $45 pedicure, I would've preferred to drive an hour away just to get a MUCH BETTER JOB done! This is my second visit here and they get the job done. My favorite is probably the deluxe with the massage and callus removing treatment. I walked out of there with soft hands and feet. This particular visit, I only got a manicure. I noticed that the nail polish was sort of blotchy and the almond shape I wanted was too sharp. I just filed them down at home and it's fine now ( the picture here is after Ive already filed at home.) As you can see there's glue residue around my fingers, not all but some fingers. Dust and hair kept on landing on my nails and I had to mention it to the person doing my nails, she didn't really saw until I pointed it out. She was nice to fix it for me which I really appreciated. This is my second time in this nail shop and it will definitely be my last! First time I was there, it took 2-1/2 hours for a pedicure after I sat in the chair! This time I went in for a manicure. It was the worst manicure I've ever had and I've been getting manicures for 35 years!! The only reason why I ended up there is because every other place in town was too busy. There was only one other customer there when I arrived (which should have been a clue). The woman who did my nails was slow and sloppy. None of my nails are the same length, and the paint job is full of pooled nail polish on the ends of my nails. She barely rinsed the bowl she used to soak my nails in after she was done which made me question how sanitary it was when I used it. I asked for a specific look, very simple basic red nails with my ring finger a white sparkle and for my middle finger I wanted a snowflake for Christmas, I showed the picture of my nails that I had last Christmas to the lady and she said Okay yes, after talking to Kim from across the room in their language Kim the owner came over to tell me I needed acrylic that my nails were too Thin, and literally said "do like that" I had no clue what that meant. No sense of urgency I walk in and ask for them to fix two nails that I broke..the lady is confused don't know why just two plain black gel nails. They finish with the one person that's in there. Sat through a pedicure I could've done myself at home. Was in and out the door in 30 minutes - only came here because I was visiting family in the area and wanted to take my sister out for a girls day. Unfortunately I saw as they sponged down the soak tubs with zero disinfectant as they were done with other clients, this happened 3 times!!!!. This is a lawsuit or a fungal infection waiting to happen. This nail salon has very poor service. The people who worked there were very rude to customers and did not know how to communicate the wait time. For example, they would tell people the wait is 10 minutes and then customers would wait 20+ minutes to be seated. Many people walked out. In addition, their manicures were very poor quality. The next day I had 5 chips in my nail polish. To clarify, I was not doing anything strenuous with my hands that would make the nail polish chip. I also got a pedicure. They did not CLEAN the tub where my feet were at when the next customer sat down. This seems very unsanitary. Also the whole store could use a good deep cleaning because it felt and looked grimy.
