Great place had a wonderful pedi for a reasonable price and included more than other places. Took their time was not rushed the paint job was spot on. The only thing I have negative to say is that the nail file was beyond its time to see its maker. I will bring my own next time because i just don't enjoy using others anyway. read more

I originally came to this salon because the salon I went to for years was closed on this particular day and I had a job interview the next morning. I was in love with my nails! A young man did them and he was delightful. He didn't speak much except when asking me exactly how I preferred my nails, which I didn't mind. I was charged $25 for my nails that day and $5 for the removal of the nails I had on when I came in. When I went home I bragged to everyone about the new nail place I tried, I was in love and it was less expensive then the place I was frequenting prior. I thought i found my new salon. Unfortunately, that was my last great experience there. I've been back twice and each experience has got worse. I have never again seen the young man who did my nails the first time, though I was hoping to get him to do my nails again. The lady who did my nails the second time was a nice lady, but she wasn't as precise as the man before her, this time I was leaving for a trip the next day and didnt have much time to ask for corrections on my nails. I asked for coffin shape (as I have every time I've got my nails done in the last 5 years and my first time at the salon) but the nails were much more round then any other time I've got coffin nails. (You would think coffin shape would be consistent within the same nail shop, all technicians within that shop should be on the same page) anyway, with no time to complain I paid and left, but this time I was charged $30 for the same thing as last time, but with no nail removal this time. They have two signs that clearly state $25 for full set powder nails, again I was in a hurry, and $30 isn't a lot, I just paid it but it lingered in my mind. The next time and LAST TIME I went to Natural Nails, was the morning of my daughters birthday. I got up early to take care of last minute party errands and planned on stopping by to get my nails done as soon as they opened. Online AND on their door it states they open at 9:30 am. When I arrived at 9:35, there was a customer standing outside the door. I asked her if anyone was there and she said no one had shown up yet. During this time I paid attention to the sign on the door that read "full set color powder $25." (Wasn't my first time seeing it, but it was a reminder of what i was charged last time) We both called the number on the door several times, no one answered, finally at 10am one employee shows up, but she has no key. Around 10:15 a second employee shows up, she has the key. We were finally let in after 45 min of waiting outside. You would think they would tend to us immediately, but no, I waited another 30 min after the door was unlocked to be serviced. Finally after being in the chair an entire 1.5 hours she is done with my nails. I got them the same way I always do, medium length, coffin shape, one powder, no designs, acrylic nails. They look beautiful on top and from afar, but if I flip my nails over, they are uneven, they are bumps and lumps where it should be flat, there is literally extra acrylic pointing out where there should be NO acrylic. The lady rushed, idk if she rushed because they opened late, but I waited for 45 min and I still expect quality work. Again, I was in a hurry I went to pay bc my daughters party was in 2 hours and I still needed to pick up the cake and get dressed. I asked how much I owed and now it turned into $33 dollars. This time I ask why the price changed fr what was advertised, they told me it was bc I chose the coffin shape AND I chose medium length. Both of which I asked for my first time, when I was charged $25, and the second time when I was charged $30. Who knows, if I go back a fourth time I might get changed $35, and $38 on my 5th trip. The $33 for a full-set is not expensive, but it's not what is advertised. Each time I came in, the price for my nails rose, but the only thing that changed was the color of the powder I chose. Each time I came in, the job done on my nails was worse and worse. The lesson learned here is: Appreciate what you have, grass isn't always greener on the other side. You may save a few bucks by going to a new place, but you maybe comprising the quality. read more

I came across this place once while driving by. It been taken over New management so they have been super nice and accommodating. This was my third visit. When I went back tonight, walked in and told them I wanted to take my solar nails off and get a new set. She started soaking my nails and then another customer came in for a full set and she looked at me and said that's my favorite customer. She was here earlier today but I was busy and now she is back. She let my hands soak and started her favorite customer's new set. I sat there for 35 min soaking, knowing my nails are never going to get done. I have been getting my nails done for more than 15 years and I know how long a full set takes. At that point I couldn't leave because my nails were soaked off- so I said I wanted a shellac manicure just to get out of there. I spent an hour and a half to get my nails done and ended up with something I didn't want. And I picked two colors from their palette and they ended up not having it. Also- it seemed the other lady who ended up doing my nails had never done shellac before. read more

This place is horrible. I came and asked for color acrylic full set. They gave me the shelac colors so I could choose a color. I thought maybe they just wanted to know which color so I chose a light pink color. Tina started putting acrylic on my nails and it was really light. I thought maybe after they dried the color would come out. But it didn't. So I asked her then she told me that she dicided to give my regular full set then paint shelac color instead. Then my nails came out thick and horrible. I told her then she blamed tht it was because I picked the color that was difficult to paint. Nothing is her fault. Nothing about my nails look "natural". Most stupid $40 I have ever spent in my life. I went on their facebook page to leave a review and picture of my nails. They deleted my reviews the next day. Don't go here. They don't know what they are doing. They just want your money. If I can give 0 star, I would. read more
