I love this place. They have always been there for me during the last few years when I've had a hot date or an event! They're quick and thorough, and the tan lasts pretty well. With careful prep and aftercare, up to ten days for me. Their hours are good - it's totally possible to get an appt after work. They have a large range of shade options and extras like fast development and shade adjustment to one shade darker. It's very easy to book an appointment, and I believe the price is fair. I've had a number of staff do my tan, and they've all been great. Hope this place never closes! read more

I've been to Natural Glow a couple of times (I don't get spray tans often) and every time my tan looks super natural and exactly the shade I request. It lasts at least 4-5 days before it starts to fade and doesn't turn orange. Reasonably priced for the area and they have packages as well. On a freezing winter day, I walked into Natural Glow and was warmly greeted by Hannah. I explained to her how I was traveling to Miami for NYE and that I was in dire need of a base tan before getting there. She hooked it up with the most natural bronzy glow ever. I absolutely love how their is NO orange hue whatsoever. Definitely worth the $50. I highly recommend coming here! The only downside is that the spray comes out cold. My one suggestion would be is have little heater going while the client is getting sprayed, that way we're not freezing our butts off, literally. Before my bday last weekend, I went to Sarah for a full body airbrush. My skin was pretty light and she chose the perfect color, applied it evenly and even contoured the color to where the sun would naturally hit your skin. The result was a natural, long-lasting tan. Over a week later, I still have it. She also let me know that they do complimentary face touch-ups with a full body airbrush because your face of course fades the fastest. I've tried both Mystic and Versa spray booths, and for about $5 more (or the same price in the case of Versa) you can get a longer-lasting, more natural looking tan from Natural Glow. Sarah was very sweet, professional and knew her stuff. The spray she uses is (almost) all natural with no super strong after smell. I will definitely be going back and bringing friends. read more

Went for my first spray tan in anticipation of a wedding I'm in (the dress might clash with my skin tone). Someone suggested a tan might help. I'm pretty game to new experiences, so I gave it a shot. When I got there, I saw lots of gals were walking out with nice, natural looking tans and many appeared to be regular visitors. Looking good so far. I mentioned it was my first time and my technician suggested medium coverage as a good place to start. She was very friendly and gave a lot of information about care and positioning. The appointment was fast and professionally handled. When I woke up in the morning, the color was perfect, but I knew that once the bronzer came off in the shower, it was going to be a different matter. Unfortunately, the color I ended up with was just TOO light and similar to my skin tone. Maybe the technician doesn't work as often with girls who already have a naturally tanned base, but I have to admit I'm a little bummed by my experience. I probably should have considered the color a bit more when I heard the much lighter girl across the hall ask for the same shade but, I suppose it's a live and learn experience. I think if you have lighter skin and are looking for a natural looking tan, this is going to be a great fit for you. But, for me, it didn't give appreciable enough results for the money. read more

I have been coming to natural glow for about two years and absolutely love it! The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and very skilled at their craft. I've always received extremely natural and even tans. Normally I'm fair and prone to sunburns, but I always look perfectly bronzed after visiting natural glow. I also have some redness on the back of my arms that I'm not wild about, the staff has always been awesome about going a bit darker in those problem areas to minimize the appearance. One tip: my usual body wash and lotion tend to strip the tan pretty quickly. I've found that using the whole foods brand fragrance-free body wash and Everyday Shea body lotion (unscented) have helped me keep the color much longer! read more

It's been many many years since I wrote a review on Natural Glow (as I have gone faithfully for my weekly spray tan for maybe 5,6,7 or even 8 years now) I can't even remember. So I think it's high time that I give them another quick commendation on their consistent and absolute phenomenal work. What prompted this was a gift card that I received over the holidays to go to another spray tanning salon. As kind as the gesture was, I was very reluctant. However I utilized the membership for 10 visits (almost all used up and I can't wait until they are...orange hands, spotty patches, horrible fading and just overall inconsistent work on my body) I want to be back at Natural Glow!!! ( this is never the case at Natural Glow) If something isn't broke, don't fix it!!! I've been to Natural Glow twice in the past month, and I am in love. Coming from strong Cherokee lineage, I unfortunately picked up every recessive trait making me look like someone tossed bleach in my gene pool. NO MORE. I've gotten a medium base with medium/light coverage on my face, and it's completely natural looking. Both Sarah and Allie (Alli? Ally? Ali?) have done my tan, and I would like to thank them again for making me look less like a plastic bag filled with cottage cheese and more like a healthy, glowing human being. P.S. Best spray tan in Boston! I've been having spray tans for a couple years at different locations but based on the few Yelp reviews I read about Natural Glow, I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. It's a little confusing getting into the salon since you have to cut through a chiropractor's office but everyone is very nice pointing you in the right direction. Sarah, the owner, did the airbrushing; she picked out a beautiful color and was incredibly thorough. After she was through spraying me down she stood me in front of two fans and proceeded to wipe down my palms, fingernails and toenails - usually I get a "wash your palms...try not to get wet...good luck!". Not so with Sarah - she was a real pro and takes great pride in her work. I'm writing this review six days later - I've followed Sarah's instructions to the letter (don't scrub too hard in the shower, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize) and my skin is still a beautiful golden brown. It's not even getting that patchy look yet! Because I wash my face a couple times a day, it's not as tan as the rest of my body 6 days later but that's to be expected. I have been getting sprayed by Sarah since she opened. I was never the spray tan kinda girl and was actually terrified of them after having a traumatic experience at another salon after turning green, but I my wife always did so I thought I would try again. I have never EVER been unhappy with my color from Natural Glow. The spray is so natural looking that I have had many friends change salons based on how good my spray looks. The girls make you feel so comfortable and you can decide how dark or light you would like to go.. they do not make the decision for you. I like that! The rooms are private, always clean and you feel like you are in your friends home rather than an office space. Anyone that claims to have had a bad experience at Natural Glow, must have gone to the wrong place because I have nothing but amazing things to say about Sarah, her staff , the salon and of course my tan. Got my first spray tan here a couple months ago and it turned out GREAT. I had a ton of compliments on how natural it looked. Definitely looks a little scary right after you get it. I recommend sanding in front of the fans for awhile after they finish spraying; I felt a little rushed so I didn't and some of the color faded faster in the spots where my clothes rubbed on my wet skin. read more

I had a winter wedding and per Sarah's recommendations I scheduled 2 sittings, one to make sure the color resulted how I liked about 1 month out and then 4 days out from the wedding. While the girls there were very nice & seemed to know what they were doing, the tan itself was awful. As always, I followed all of the after care instructions, but this tan faded faster than any airbrush or spray tan I've ever gotten! First, my feet spotted right away (not a big deal) but then everything looked uneven & was completely gone 3 days later. I had asked to be dark but this was definitely not...Their product is awful. Is rather pay the extra money and go anywhere else to get a quality tan. read more
