The experience was truly good from start to finish. Not only did Alex, the owner, offer to "watch my car" while I got tanned because the parking lot they validate for was full...they spent a lot of time to answer every question I had. The biggest issue though was my palms and heels were bright orange. I messaged the team to let them know about this issue. A manager called me and basically tried to say it was probably my fault because I was a first time client. While I might have been a first time client here, I get spray tans often and have never had this issue before. She suggested I use windex to try to get the staining off which is an insane thing to suggest! It's a harmful chemical which would cause a chemical burn, so it's clear they do not care about the health and safety of their clients.
