Following the technicians' return to re-clean the couches, cushions, and dining chairs, I remain extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. Their cleaning technique was unstructured, and the application of the cleaning solution was inconsistent, leading to uneven results. We waited for the furniture to dry before fully assess the outcome, but work remains horrible. The couches appear to be water damaged and the fabric seems to be destroyed by the solutions. In addition to my previous concerns, I want to reiterate the following serious issues: * Harsh Cleaning Brush: The brush used for stain removal was far too abrasive, stripping fibers from the fabric and causing damage to expensive furniture. I had to intervene and remove some stains myself to prevent further harm. * Dirty Equipment: The pressure washer hose was visibly dirty and was repeatedly dragged across freshly cleaned furniture, reintroducing dirt onto the fabric. * Lack of Precautions: No plastic floor coverings were used to protect surrounding areas, resulting in cleaning spray splattering onto floors, walls, and nearby furniture. * Disruption to My Household: Young children had just returned home from school and had to be moved out of the family room so your technicians could re-do a job that should have been done correctly the first time. This caused unnecessary inconvenience for my family. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward process took the majority of the day, and I am left with concerns about the condition of the furniture. We would like a full refund of the services so that we can hire professionals to do a better job. I fully intend to document and share my experience, along with photos, in public reviews to ensure others are aware of the issues I encountered. I expect an immediate response outlining how you plan to resolve this situation. GO LOOK AT MY GOOGLE REVIEW FOR PICTURES

I was not pleased with the service I received. I had both my couch and carpet cleaned. While I was…read moresatisfied with the couch, I was not satisfied with the results of the rug cleaning. At first glance, the rug appeared to look better, but when I looked more closely, it did not look fresh or thoroughly cleaned. The edges of the carpet in particular, still looked dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. I contacted the company and sent photos showing the areas I was not satisfied with. However, the representative responded by sending photos taken in direct sunlight and stated that the carpet looked fine. Those photos do not reflect what I am seeing in person. I also found it concerning that after cleaning the carpet, the technician placed the couch back on top of the rug, even though he said it would take time for the carpet to dry. It doesn't make sense to place furniture back onto a freshly cleaned and still-wet carpet. This made me question whether the work was done properly. Because of these issues, I remain dissatisfied with the rug cleaning service and would appreciate a proper resolution.

I'd never dealt with this kind of issue, and emotionally, it's a lot, after having just purchased a home and then finding all these things wrong with it, worrying about the potential effects it could have on your family's health, not to mention paying for all these people involved to fix it. There's the air hygienist (who needs to retest, too), the mold remediation team, the air duct cleaners, water proofers, contractors to repair all the cuts in the house, and you'll probably want house cleaners, too, for good measure. We're talking thousands and thousands. When looking for mold remediation, I started with the list my air hygienist gave me and reached out to three companies who had the best reviews online. I'm so grateful First Priority was on that list. David was the only person who took the time to discuss the issue on the phone and help me try to understand what was going on. I felt immediately better just chatting with him. The others just scheduled times to come by and gave quotes, and during their visits, they couldn't answer basic questions ("I'm just a consultant"), or they were trying to upsell and get us to contract out the repair work when we hadn't even figured out the mold problem! I had to wait a while to get appointments but it was worth having someone who really understood my concern and took it as seriously as I did. David was sensitive to our budgeting issues and line itemed the invoice for us. I would 100% recommend First Priority to anyone seeking mold remediation.

For those who have ever dealt with water damage and mold, you know it is an incredibly stressful situation that upends your life. So I wish we had met David under better circumstances, but I'm so glad we found him to do the mold remediation. His meticulous attention to detail, experience, and knowledge alone is enough to hire him, but in addition, he comes recommended by independent highly regarded mold testing/environmental professionals. In addition to all of the above, David is incredibly hard working and did everything he could to accommodate us. We have a lot of allergies in our family so David brought in an extra air scrubber and left all 3 air scrubbers with us to help us out during the re-construction process. He absolutely did not have to do that. He also didn't have to leave up the containment barrier for the re-construction phase, but he did. Because that is the kind of person he is! And because we were in such a bind, David put us in touch with folks to do the re-construction, etc. and helped us managed that process. He also answered ALL our questions promptly, even after he had completed the job. I do not frequently give such glowing reviews, but I truly simply cannot recommend David highly enough! If you want someone who cares and won't treat you like a number AND will do an exceptional job, call David. He will go above the call of duty to help you out.

Twice he acknowledged/approved my requested appointment time and twice he did not let me know that he was not going to be here. Preparing in advance to have the carpet cleaned is no joke. Moving things, vacuuming, making sure someone will be home, and then nothing. I'm guessing that Mr. Parker doesn't have a secretary or any sort of office help and left to himself, he does not keep up with the courtesy of communications and appointment times. One big waste of time, go somewhere else for carpet service.

They didn't do a good job at all. When I ran my hand over the kitchen counters? You could feel grit like dust. Same for the window sills and blinds. I sent a video to the company and got a long email about how dust/human hair/pet hair settles. They cleaned the day before I was scheduled to move in and no one was in the home and I don't have a pet. Bathroom was dusty still. I asked for my carpets to be cleaned and it seems they just vacuumed them. I need to be able to trust the people I work with and that isn't the case here. Yes, they offered to send the team out again but I wanted my home cleaned BEFORE I moved in. I would not use them again. We came to an agreeable resolution. I respect and greatly appreciate the service in terms of how he responded.
