Try the Mint Julep, very unique and refreshing, the cherry is remarkable, the grape actually tastes like grapes.

I grew up on capri and j and s pizza in the heights. Capri is one of the coziest family owned spots…read moredoing it how they always have. Just right! I love any gnocchi dish and I'm always getting an extra cheese pizza. One of my fave menu items though is the spaghetti pizza and I'm so overdue for one!

Because we wanted to support a small business in the community that we live in. My personal hope was that it would improve somewhere along the way .My family and I have had horrendous service especially the past three times so unfortunately we will not be going back. Maybe only to order takeout. I will tell you about the past two times. My husband and I walked in on a busy Saturday evening with no reservations (silly I know). Everybody that worked in the whole restaurant walked past multiple times without saying a word. I guess everyone else thought that someone else said greeted us or asked how many. No exaggeration, we stood there for 20 minutes before a bus boy even ask how many. He said he just had to clean a table. He sat us down eventually and I could see/hear a server yelling at the young teen demanding to know why he sat her. He came over to get our drink order and I asked if she was mad that he sat us. He kind of mumbled something and I said,"Well,, if she doesn't want our business then we can just leave." My husband left it up to me and we got up and walked out because at this point I already had a bad taste in my mouth .Having been a server for over 10 years myself I was very offended by this treatment. We are very easy to take care of and are good tippers so she missed out on probably $20 right there. Your staff could say Buddy "I'll be with you in a minute." That would even be better than outright ignoring your customers standing there waiting to give you their business... The very last time we went, I made reservations for my family of four at 6:45 on a Friday. We arrived at about 6:40. Again, every worker in the whole restaurant walked past without acknowledging us. After about 10 minutes a bus boy asked how many. I said four and that we had reservations for 6:45. He didn't say anything and walked away. I could see at least two empty and clean tables on both side sides of the restaurant. At 7:05 I asked the same bus boy what was going on. He said they were just waiting to clean a table, and as I previously stated there were already clean tables. A party came in behind us and another bus boy asked right away if that was the rest of our party. I pretty much said no and that our whole party was here waiting already and that it was just the four of us and we had a reservation for 6:45.He said something about this is why I should've asked you myself. He told us(at 7:10) to follow him and took us to one of the empty booths that had been open the whole time we were standing there. He apologized profusely and then got our drinks. The server that we had wasn't very friendly but took our order right away. The bus boy brought our soups and salad, got us refills, took our dirty plates, and got us boxes. I feel as though he should've gotten the tip seeing as how the server only took our order and dropped the check off. Your bus boys are wonderful and keep your restaurant running smoothly.

Their vegan supplied dish was not a sufficient meal and the guest had to basically bend over backward to finally have it brought to her. For their most expensive station style event with all of the upgrades we expected better attention to detail and white glove service, not for people at a pasta bar to be trained how to cook directly in front of the bride. Bare minimum is not causing serious allergen reactions to by guests, and even after meeting with them in person, multiple calls, and filling out all their forms, they were unable to accomplish what I told them was my top priority. And even after extensive apologies from the venue the caterer has not bothered to reach out. If you choose to use Chef & I, I would recommend waiting to give their automated 20% which for us was almost 2k (which is unclear whether goes to the proprietor or the actual minimum wage employees) until after you experience their service. At no point was interacting with this caterer easy, they felt incompetent and rushed through our tasting like we were on a factory line worrying about who was next or who was before us. It didn't have the attention to detail and care that every other vendor associated with Lingrow Farm did. They were very happy to say no or argue about every accommodation we asked for, even though we paid for nearly every upgrade we could. They can cook, but their customer service made me wish we had chosen National Public House instead. The wedding vendors we interacted with at every stage from our photographer, to the venue, to wedding dress shops all made you feel cared for and special even though they see hundreds of clients a season. The Chef and I made us feel like we were a burden to ask simple things that I think should easily be baseline for any business serving people food. Let alone any other requests they rejected, like making signs to indicate allergens on their stations, serving five of our guests the non-alcoholic cider we'd supplied, or supplying the one vegan guest with a meal that had plant-based protein. Their mantra was "No sorry we don't do that". I'd expect that from a McDonalds, not a luxury catering business being paid multiple tens of thousands of dollars.
