Sprays were not even & I ruined a bra due to not being dry - although it is supposed to dry you. If there was a zero or minus zero star review this would be it... Was sold a package of 24 visits last year. 2 - Buy six get six packages. There system says I came 9 times. This isn't even true as I kept track and only came 6 times. All of this is irrelevant though because when I came in today I was told I had none. ZERO... they expired. Expired I asked? Yes (they laughed). Sorry! Want to buy more? I was never told I only had a year. In fact I was told the opposite. I was told that they never expire. That's a lot of money! A lot!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a package of sessions to get a base tan before a trip. Since I never tan, I relied on the girls working to tell me what bed to use and for how long. I was advised to do their level 4 bronzing bed for two sessions. After two sessions, I saw no difference. I found out later that since I did not have a base tan, those two sessions were pretty much a waste. On my third visit, I told the girl working that I was not seeing a difference and she recommended the level 3 bed. She said since I was doing the full time in the level 4, I'd be completely fine doing the level 3. I hesitated but she assured me I would have no issues. I listened to her and ended up with the absolute worst sunburn of my entire life. I was not able to (nor did I want to) use my remaining sessions so I called and asked to speak with the manager about getting a refund on the sessions I never used. The girl took my name and number and said she would pass my information along to the owner because she's the only person who's able to make the decision to issue a refund. It's been two months, I've called 8 times (once a week) and have still not received a call back. On one of my calls one of the girls mentioned that the owner is very rarely around. read more

BEWARE: They will tell you your sessions expire on a certain day...but you can not use your session ON that day. "They expire the day before ...if that makes sense?" Sorry no...that doesn't "make sense" and is I it did I would have gone yesterday. Rip Off! read more

Let me start by saying I spent the majority of my teenage/early adult life working at a tanning salon. Typically you get what you pay for, but not at this salon. The beds are very outdated, and I'm not talking about radios. I can really get down on locally owned business if they take care of their establishment and care about their customer experience. Native Sun Tanning is extremely neglectful of the specific thing they offer. In my opinion, they do not keep up with lamp changes (you should be unable to tan at the max time with very fair/unseasonable skin and see absolutely no results the next day). I do not recommend ever attempting that, however after beginning at 7 min. and seeing not even a tinge of result, I bumped up to the max out of curiosity and still nothing. The beds themselves are in terrible shape. I'm talking, scratched/scuffed/CRACKED acrylics! If you are not keeping up with the acrylic in your tanning beds, the UVA/UVB rays are unable to penetrate them properly. I mentioned all of these concerns to an employee and she told me I was not seeing results because I " had plateaued". She told me my skin had reached a point of tan where it was unable to continue getting darker. Guys, I just started up tanning 3 days ago and am currently a ghost. I asked if she was smart tan certified and she was lost. I will now be switching salons and I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this location. Do not waste your money! read more

Have been coming here for about two years and have loved my experience. The staff is all extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are extremely reasonable and they often have special offers and deals. I like that they have a wide variety of beds. Everything has always been very clean. They have various non-contracted and contracted options available and also have red light therapy and a hydration system and spray tans. They have also begun to offer personal airbrush sessions. I have not yet used anything other than the beds but I will continue to come to Native Sun for all of my tanning. read more

Horrible!!!!! I hate to even give it one star rating it was so bad! But it didn't have an option to give it no stars. I would not recommend this salon to anyone! Customer service is horrible. When I went in there angry because an unauthorized charge was made on my bank account the manager got rude and said I would suggest you learn to read a contract! After Reminding her that I came in in July to complain about the staff making fun of me where I could hear them on the other side of the wall I couldn't cancel my contract then she assured me it would stop in August. The other young staff lady that was there remembered the incident. Well the charges came out again! The manager she tried to talk to me like I was stupid saying I suggest you learn to read the contract and I don't appreciate you talking about my girls like you are but I'm going to go ahead and reverse the charge. I told her I would suggest that you hire employees that are mature enough not to make fun of customers and talk about them where they can hear them on the other side of the wall! Here's my issue. I have been going to native sun since high school and I've LOVED it. Just before this COVID 19 shut everything down I had purchased a month unlimited package at the highest level (magic level) and had 13 days left when everything closed. I was told not to worry that I would have those days on my account for when I returned. Turns out I should have worried. I just called to make sure I could come in today and unfreeze my account to start my 13 days and I'm being told that they unfroze my account back on the 15 WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING and that my membership ends today!! I understand not being able to send an email to each person (even though you'd think one mass one to each of your paying members would be nice) but not allowing me to get my 13 remaining sessions that I have already paid for or any kind of refund is ridiculous. I called customer service and Steve told me that I should've called when they opened to say that I didn't want my account unfrozen.. how would I have known to call you to tell you to keep my account frozen when I was never informed that you decided to unfreeze it without notice or any kind of warning that my days were just being wasted?!? "I would think that you would've called the day we opened to make sure your things were in order if this was such a concern of yours" he says. Yes I was excited to come back to the salon once every cleared up but native sun was not the first thing on my mind on may 15th when things reopened considering my business was also reopening. You would think during these crazy times they'd be more flexible with paying clientele when their policy has minor flaws that cause major inconveniences. Very disappointed read more
